Moja Insurance Reviews 

Trying to add an additional driver to my cover has been extremely frustrating due to a poorly designed website. After entering the additional driver’s details at least 10 times, the page repeatedly refreshes and sends me back to the top, preventing me from progressing.

On the few occasions it did move forward to the quote stage, I was met with a “Sorry, something went wrong” message. After experiencing this issue three times, I eventually gave up.

Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating user experience.

The payment card associated with my insurance was lost or stolen and therefore cancelled. Weirdly, (because the service is both expensive and poor) I would like to renew my insurance with Moja, and pay in full with my new card. I cannot find how to do it? There is no relevant help. I think it says I can send a message and receive a reply in 8 working days. All I want to do is give them nearly £400. How can I do it? No way of knowing? No one to talk to. Potential customers need to know how difficult it is interacting with fully automated Moja. In short, it is time consuming and frustrating. Can you imagine how difficult it would be to make a claim?

Shocking service. I was given a date to pay my balance which was paid in full on time and they cancelled my insurance anyway. I spoke to someone that was actually helpful on the phone who apologised and accepted that it was Moja's fault and my insurance should not have been cancelled so I will receive a call to sort out getting a new policy and that a complaint has been logged... No call came and I have since been emailed by various different people who blatantly do not read the email threads before responding. Instead, after paying £101 for May and June's insurance, the most recent email I have is that they are going to charge me ANOTHER £6.36 and a £52.50 cancellation fee!! They let me drive to work uninsured unknowingly and then spent a very long time at work on the phone to them and responding to their uniformed emails all day. I have had to now pay again for insurance with another provider. DO NOT use this company, they are up there with the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

As suspected Moja left a comment on Trustpilot stating that they would contact me to find out more information to resolve matters (…I doubt very much they will do….) Also, a poor review two reviews down from mine was quickly superceeded by a praiseworthy review. A sad indictment of the integrity of organisations which respond to customer complaints stating they will get back to the customer to resolve an issue (….and then don’t!)

Very good insurance company easy to deal with and a great price. Refreshing and modern feel

A third party hit my vehicle, excepted blame. Moja recommended a local garage, my car was deemed not road worthy from the accident.
Collected and dropped back to me on a recovery vehicle. 50% of the work had not been carried out. The garage, Gemini, Bodmin damaged all of my wheels and I have been without a car. Not provided with a courtesy car for almost 3 weeks aside from the odd day Enterprise had a vehicle.

I pay an upgraded premium to receive a courtesy car so to be left in a position where I have to wait up to 80 days for a verdict on if my vehicle may be fixed and damage rectified is an absolute disgrace.

I have been hung up on after hours in the call waiting line. Disgruntled is being polite.

You are not bad but, the only thing you have to add is, the contact number and send the document on time. The policy document need be send after agreeing everything because police can stop you and you have nothing to show them.

Moja don't charge admin fees for online changes. This is why I chose Moja for my car insurance as I was in the process of moving house. After we moved I was able to update my address for no extra charge and have also changed the number plates, again no fee. Would 100% recommend.

Fast service

Plain English instructions. Easy to complete & submit application form. Hope to never have to make a claim, but guess it would be straightforward if I did. Response & communication was speedy.

Of all the insurance companies I have used, yours is the best in terms of price and ease of arranging the policy.
