A personal experience of a claim for rental car excess
I have been buying yearly car excess policies through Moneymaxim for the last few years. Never had to claim, hence it was difficult to know what kind of service they provide. This year I had to claim for excess as I had an accident in Poland while driving my rental car. On return I claimed and although it took a little while but eventually I got all my money back which was around £ 850. Overall, the service was reasonably good.
