Do not trust monobank. Never believe a word they say. You can only keep an account there (it's convenient to use their app). But when it comes to consumer loans, your money will simply disappear without a trace, you will be left without the goods and will be forced to pay the full amount of the loan.
Moreover, their customer service under anonymous nicknames will humiliate you in every possible way on forums where you try to make public facts unpleasant for the bank, as it is impossible to resolve the issue peacefully.
A criminal case has been opened based on the above facts. I see no other options to get my money back.

this is the best bank I've used so far, especially for individual entrepreneurship. no other bank in Ukraine can compare. great UI/UX of the app, transferring money is fast, everything I need is provided.

indeed, sometimes support can take longer to provide an answer if you don't have a platinum (or any other "upgraded" card), but the replies are still always helpful.

I loved monobank earlier, but it became a little inconvenient. They give you an opportunity to save your funds by cashback programm and also use a "bottle" system. But also there are some troubles. They cant answer you in the support within minutes and you have to wait for a long time. They pick up MasterCard and Im still waiting for my Viza card within more one weeks.

Fu*k this is a stupid app. I searched for fu*king settings to set up double conversion for about 20 minutes, poking at different icons and to no avail. The guys make a cool design but forget about convenience, this crap drove me crazy. Because of such trifles, I can't quickly pay for what I need

They wrote on telegram that there was suspicious activity on the account and that I needed to confirm through diya that I was using the account, I did it in 5 minutes and blocked the account for no reason (the operator says that there are reasons, but these are their internal affairs and they will not disclose them), i.e. there is no reason) I used it for a long time before and everything was fine, but after such actions it’s not a bank, I don’t even know what to call it))

My best choice since 2019, love its support and easy-to-use mobile app

Lawsuit for seized UD9000 sent by PayPal successfull and funds paid out. However had to sue and was not adequately reimbursed while Monobank received 20pc interest/ inflation in Ukraine.
Communicating with them was nonsensical.
AVOID MONOBANK. They are daylight highwaymen when it suits them. You have been warned)

Monobank is a really great banking solution. The mobile app is so user-friendly, making it easy to manage your finances on the go. I appreciate the transparency in their fee structure, and their customer support has been quite responsive whenever I've had questions. The ability to track and categorize expenses is a really useful.
I know that some people had problems with the blocking of their bank cards for reasons that were not clear. They managed to unblock them, but in this case, the experience isn't so great.
Overall, I highly recommend Monobank for its convenience and modern approach to banking.

Some of those reviews here from "oppressed" russian speakers are just nonsense.
I've been using this bank since 2017 and I've never had any issues with it. It's probably the most innovative and client-oriented bank in Ukraine.

Absolutely the best mobile bank! Newer had a problem with them, and when I had questions - support was quick to answer.
Guys that are talking about "discrimination of russian-speaking Ukrainians" - are just bots. All Ukrainians know the Ukrainian language at a sufficient level to interact with the app.

Just got hacked by Monobank. They just took money from my Payoneer account without any authorisation. (I have never heard of Monobank before today)

Called Payoneer, they can't do much. Does anyone have a number for this so called "monobank"?

Further to my report on July 15 2023, legal action has been filed and a court case will be heard in October 2023 for unjustified seizure of a deposit transferred by my Ukrainian solo mother fromher Paypal account. I had to replace that money as it was urgently required for family matters. The lawyer correctly stated Monobanks excuses were rubbish. Still waiting for the USD9000. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. The Monobank stands behind modern standards and discriminate Ukrainian Citizens with deleting the Russian language on there app , violate with it the constitution of Ukraine because its well known that many Ukrainian who even fight now against Russia speak only Russian.
