Fantastic service from start to finish!
Very pleased with my new en-suite which is a total transformation! The initial home visit with Simon covered everything I wanted and he did a few different layout designs which was great to see. Our dedicated fitter Sean came and ripped out the existing en-suite & set to work with the new installation which I am more than happy with. The girls at your office were always really friendly and talked through the warranty details and knew how far the progress of the project was going. They regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with everything. My en-suite is absolutely stunning now and it was great having the same installer from start to finish. Whilst they are certainly not the cheapest, it’s worth having them project manage everything and not having to chase contractors myself. Highly recommended

Cowboys
Our local authority funded a wet room for our disabled son with autism so to keep his anxiety down we booked a week away and left a key for the fitter.
Whilst away I got messages from him saying he was unable to turn off the water and may need to contact the water company which would incur a charge. A family member called after work and turned it off no problem. (Some plumber).
Upon returning home the entire house and garden were like a building site with thick dust everywhere in every room. Garden with old plumbing fittings and pipework left.
The many FAULTS with the work and complete shelving missing and damage to both adjacent bedroom walls (cracks in one and chunks of plaster off in the other were put down as snagging issues by a senior member of the company.
The hot tub lid is damaged and checking the cctv the fitter dropped something on it and split it. Very many emails later and now in August and after accepting liability still no resolution.
AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS THE WORST ONE IVE EVER DEALT WITH

Shaun has done a fantastic job
Shaun has done a fantastic job transforming our bathroom into a lovely space. He had been with us for three and a half weeks installing a new bathroom including changing the layout. He is very efficient, works very hard and pays attention to detail. He is easy to have about the house and very tidy. We are very happy with the work he has done. I would recommend Shaun if you are planning a new bathroom.

Our bathroom area is relatively small,so needed guidance as to use the space as affectively as possible.Angela spent considerable time looking at alternatives.We were invited back to the showroom to view the plan she had on screen. We recently had our bathroom and toilet converted into a wet room by Simon Fletcher, and we are absolutely delighted with the results.
From start to finish, Simon was professional, reliable, and extremely customer-focused. He took the time to understand our requirements and customised everything exactly where and how we wanted it. Everyone that I dealt with at the company were brilliant. Always really helpful, on the phone and in person. I was kept informed at all times and everything was done to make the process run smoothly. The bathroom fitter, Shaun, was excellent. He made what is quite a disruptive process, easy. Nothing was too much trouble and his workmanship is second to none. I love my bathroom. Thankyou to all.

Bad Vibes - Lack of initial Customer Service
Booked a design appointment for a full refit - Designer rang before hand to quiz me on budget to see if worth his while coming and also to advise will be late - This gave me bad vibes for that visit and installation- Rang company to cancel and they just said OK —- Do not deserve my business or that of my friends and family - Shame reviews on here seem good but to me first impressions count and also good customer service especially when I spending my budget

Installation of shower for my disabled wife
This is the second time we have used Passmore and are just as pleased this time as we were the last time. We needed a shower room for my wife who has recently become disabled. The service was excellent and they were very helpful in understanding the needs of a disabled person. My wife is very pleased with the shower and finds it is perfect for her.

Beyond expectations
Friends of ours recommended Passmore - we hadn’t come across them before. However, from the visit to the showroom in Harrogate, to the design, the quote and then the installation of 2 bathrooms, they have been excellent at every step.
In particular, Darren, who did the installation, exceeded expectations and did a brilliant job.
I would definitely recommend Passmore if you’re looking at a new bathroom.
