Professional from start to finish.
All staff we dealt with, from visiting showroom, to having the finished bathroom reviewed, were friendly and professional throughout, explaining what they were doing, etc.
It was a pleasure having Zibby working in our house: he listened to our requests, offered advice and did an excellent job.
We are really pleased with the bathroom and have already recommended Passmore to some of our friends.

Everything went to plan from start to finish. Always kept informed about progress and Mario checked with us at every step to see our requirements were met, and that we were pleased with everything. Mario was always punctual and was constantly busy with things. We had a few visits from supervisors who checked everything was going to plan and we were happy with progress.
Very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend the company.

The whole process from start to finish was first rate - from first contact with the company to completion. Baz fitted our bathroom and did an excellent job. He was a pleasure to have in our house.

Fantastic wet room…
Due to our son being newly disabled his bathroom needed to be converted into a wet room suitable for wheelchair access. Daniel the lovely guy did all the work on his own from ripping out, widening the door which meant moving a wall , he tiled, laid the floor and did all the plumbing and plastering too. The only thing he had help with was the electrics. I can’t praise him enough for the fantastic transformation and the quality of his work. Passmores should be proud to have him representing the company. Also quick mention to Nigel who first came out to discuss the project with us. Thank you team

Excellent customer service
The excellent customer service pushed the score up from what would have been a 4.5 had that been possible. Right from the designer to the surveyor to the fitter and the Operations director, the customer service was first class, with all being very proactive and helpful. When we had concerns, they were addressed promptly and professionally, and notably when we highlighted some concerns with some elements of the finish of the job. In that case the Operations Director visited to review and agreed with all points raised, including a fairly significant design-related change that we wanted… and all concerns were addressed without challenge, and without additional cost, truly living up to their “100% Guarantee”.

Exceptional service and quality👌
I sought a number of quotes but Passmore really stood out and kept their promises at every stage. Their expertise and skilled staff delivered the bathroom I always wanted, as well as far exceeding my expectations; the quality of workmanship throughout was excellent. Getting a new luxery bathroom is always going to be costly, but I feel I've got excellent value for money with the bathroom they've fitted, I couldn't be happier with the result and cannot thank Passmore enough for their excellent service and quality of work. 100% would recommend.

I would highly recommend More Bathrooms. I had a total refit - Julie created a fantastic design transforming an outdated bathroom into a bright clean design with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Joe did a meticulous survey to check everything would fit and also access into my house (small terrace with steps and awkward porch). Darren worked long days to fit it, grafting very hard in the hot summer days and in a tight space. Darren is an absolute perfectionist and certainly knows his trade. He worked extremely clean considering the work undertaken and has done a wonderful job!

Bathroom Conversion
We converted our bathroom into a shower room and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The fitter who carried out the work was absolutely fabulous. We are first time buyers and therefore never taken up this sort of project or work, so he was very knowledgeable and helpful in us making the right decisions. The company as a whole were great, they kept us upto date with what was going to happen from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this company and will be utilising their services again when we update the ensuite and downstairs wc.

Amazing bathroom transformation
More Bathrooms came to make my bathroom into a wet room due to my disabilities. Elliot who came to do the job was amazing. He worked really hard and on his own, except for the flooring. He took the bath out and replaced our bason. Fitted panels, a shower, new light and extractor fan. He even cleaned up when he finished. He treated our home with respect and kept asking my husband's opinion throughout. The bathroom is going to make such a big difference to my life.

Excellent company - quality products, quality people
We are very impressed with our new bathroom from Passmore Group, it looks stunning!
It was a smooth experience from the word go from our initial visit to the showroom, followed by the design process (Garry Kirkbright), to the survey (Joe Lomax) and final installation which was completed on time. Our fitter, Louis, did a first class job, he is professional, courteous, respectful, methodical and tidy, paid great attention to detail, and is a real asset to the company!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Passmores, they are a great company to do business with. Yes, you will pay more than if you had individual tradespeople but we felt it was good value for money and what you will get is quality, reliability and professionalism.
