Convert bathroom into a wetroom
Converted Dad's bathroom into an accessible wetroom. What an amazing transformation, we've been so impressed with the whole team from start to finish. Jordan really understood Dad's needs and talked us through the various design options. Katie kept us updated daily when installation was delayed at the beginning of January due to heavy snow. Frazer and Danny the plumbers/fitters were absolutely excellent. Their skill, attention to detail and work ethic was amazing. They have created a beautiful wetroom which is not only accessible and safe for Dad it's also stylish and modern. Huge thanks to the whole team we're so grateful for all your help.

Brilliant wet room
Dean altered our main bathroom into a wet room and has done an amazing job.
The wet room is exactly what we wanted and Dean worked so hard for over 2 weeks, he worked cleanly and efficiently, would recommend him to anyone.

From browsing the showroom to the unbelievable finished article we have been 100% looked after by the team planning and fitting our complete new bathroom.

Dean was fantastic from start to finish. He guided us through the whole process from choosing flooring and tiles that complimented each other and we felt like we were in incredibly safe hands the whole time. We are thrilled with how our bathroom turned out!

Superb experience.
The original consultation and review process was very good indeed with an excellent, professional approach. However, what really stood out was the professionalism and dedication of the fitter, Steve. He plainly took considerable pride in his work and was always keen to ensure that the original plans were the absolute best that could be achieved. A very skilled, polite and dedicated individual who is an absolute credit to the Company.

Emil, who did (on his own), the plumbing on dad’s bathroom conversation, deserves special credit for his hard work to a high standard. Extra work which had to be factored in was also brought in on time, and the site was left clean and tidy.

New bathroom!!!!
Took the plunge and finally enlisted Passmore to create a new family bathroom for us. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with and the finished product is excellent - it’s life changing.
His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and I want to pass thanks to the design team as well.
We are hugely impressed and would consider them for other projects as and when we need to.

Excellent. Would highly recommend
The work was done well. One of the best things about it was how incredibly clean and tidy it was as the work was being done, no dust or debris outside of the bathroom they were working on. We were kept fully informed on a daily basis of what work was being undertaken. The installation of the bath/basin/toilet handrails etc were fitted to suit my height etc. The two workers we had were really nice people. On the last day of the job, the fitter stayed late to ensure he didn't have to come back the next day.

I was very well satisfied with the work for my replacement en-suite bathroom
From day one of placing the order the planning and feedback was very professional and as the work progressed I asked for minor tweaks to the plan which was made and followed through without concern
I would also like to thank the plumber/fitter Chris for his splendid work and for trying to keep the work so as not to cause me any problems and cleaning up issues. Ian
