Moresoo hairtoppers have been amazing for for me as I’ve suffered with hair loss due to menopause. I’ve spent so much money on other sites that the hair has been very expensive and hair quality poor. When I came across Moresoo hair the quality of hair so soft and shiny full coverage and price has been great for me . Delivery is fast and on time . I’m sticking with Moresoo hair

I wouldn’t probably take the time to write this but I just received an email from moresoo hair extensions asking me to write a review . I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating. I paid 387.00 for a dark brown hair topper (picture on their website was dark brown) what I received was a dark blond hair topper. Tried exchanging and was told there would be a 15% restocking fee, I would be responsible for the shipping to send back and because the one I ordered was out of stock it would be a custom order and as soon as I paid the additional charges for a custom order I would receive it about 4-6 weeks. Wtf, they are advertising for sale something they don’t have and sending what they do have in stock, not even close to the color I ordered. Wish I could attach pictures, do not order from this company

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hair. I was a little worried about shipping/timing but it only took 2-3 weeks. And it was worth the wait.

This is the worst hair extensions company I have ever seen in my entire life!!!! They are in China 🇨🇳 and are NOT honest people at all. I ordered a topper and invisible skin weft extensions and didn’t wear or tamper anything. I actually decided to return the entire order and provided them pictures of everything exactly like I received it and they came back at me saying the topper smells like perfume which is BS! They lie so much and just don’t want to accept my return. I had to tell them in an email that’s not true and maybe they are making it up or one of their employees have perfumed lotion on their hands I really don’t know and don’t care because I am honest and didn’t even wear it at all. They refunded me $553.02 and my order was $649.45 then that next day took the partial refund back as who TF does this?? They are shady AF and a shit company and my bank seen exactly what they did too. So I will win my claim and screw this China 🇨🇳 dog 💩 company.

I’ve worn these extensions for more than 6months now and they are still intact! I am a hair extensions technician and usually pay more money for hair extensions for myself and clients but recently I’m changing my hair so much that I wanted a slightly cheaper option too with some decent hair.

Great customer service and great place to order from. I absolutely love the extensions I have ordered from them and I have been telling others about them. The hair is so beautiful and soft. I will always do business with them!

I ordered hair extensions for my daughter to add volume and length for a pageant. We are in love with them. The color I chose was a perfect match. The hair was beautiful and held curls all evening. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love these tape ins. They are so soft and don’t seem to tangle like others even when I forget to put my hair up or braid at night. My color match was perfect. I’ve used them several times and they still look brand new, no fade at all. I started recommending them to clients. You won’t be disappointed they are the best.

Customer Service is absolutely amazing! I ordered 4 bundles of hair extensions and the hair was such good quality. There was an issue of the original length I wanted, but they let me choose a different length at no additional cost. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Requested refund on package that has never arrived. According to them once packaged is signed for I must take it up with Fedex. I provided a screenshot from fedex, next to signature it says " signature not required" their package did not need a signature for delivery. Customer service responded back with their own screenshot saying document is signed for and that I need to take it up with Fedex now. Overall just not a pleasant experience. If you ever decided to buy from them, do it through a third party like Amazon who will take care of you if something goes wrong.

Horrible company- do not buy from them. If you want to return items, they make you jump through hoops, refund a very minimum of your money and they told me they included a “complimentary” product in my oackage & when it wasn’t returned with the items I actually purchased, they said they wouldn’t refund me. I never received any complimentary item nor was it in a packing slip & was never mentioned during ordering process. I spent $600 & returned both items after 20 emails back & forth & they only refunded $300. My lawyer will be sending them a letter.

Bought 4 packs of the tape in extensions and after 1 wash hair was dry and unmanageable!!
