Don’t waist your time and money!!!! I bought 4 packs of tape in, Remi hair and, although the quality of hair was ok, the glue in the extensions is trash.
After a day of their installation, my extensions started to fall out. After 2 days I decided to wash my hair and as I was suspecting,
all the rest of the extensions felt out instantly.
Since I paid 319 dollars for the extensions and 400 dollars for their installation, and I have some new ones that I didn’t used yet; my hair stylist suggested to give them a chance and install them ones again but this time one against another to make them stronger, with more hold. It didn’t work!!! I have the extensions less than 3 days in my hair.
I been trying for days with costumer service to get a refund or and exchange for other ripe of extensions and it is not happening! It been exhausting!!!!They are just offering me a 20 percent refund. Save your money and time and don’t buy from them!

TOTAL and COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY from them!! I checked their return policy before purchasing and read that there was a 30 day return window, so I felt comfortable ordering...that's what they want you to think/feel. I received my clip in hair piece and the color is not even close to the color on the website.
So, I did like they instructed and emailed their customer service to request an RMA# to return it. I get an email back telling me that color variations are inevitable...here's a coupon code for your next purchase. What the heck?!?!?! I don't even want the one I have...the hell I'm making another purchase!
I'm not even going to argue with them further because my sanity is worth more than the $100 they scammed me out of. Do yourself a favor...FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO BUY FROM ;)

I purchased the Moresoo hair topper. The quality of the hair and color are great. Very natural and believable. No one knew I was wearing it.

Honestly the worst hair I have ever seen. Super super thin on the ends and is not good quality. What a waste of my money!!!

Literally the most fraudulent focused business I've ever come across with hair extensions. 100% false advertising regarding "human hair". This is NOT human hair and I don't know how they have gotten away with selling it as such. Their direct website has reviews that are nothing but 5 star reviews on all of their products, so that goes to show that they are either deleting anything below 5 stars or not uploading anything below 5 stars to make it seem they have top quality hair. Everything about this company is a red flag.
My experience personally was 100% questionable and had the tendency of appearing like a "scam" company. I ordered two packs of tape-ins and since I was anticipating getting them delivered in a certain timeframe I reached out via email to customer service to inquire about shipping time. When I sent this email, I got a reply asking my what my address was and that they couldn't access their system. I responded with the information asked and was asked yet again for my address through both email AND facebook messenger. By the fourth time I was asked for my address, I got an uneasy feeling and asked them to cancel the order since it hadn't been shipped yet. I didn't receive a response until two days later and that wasn't even a response to my cancellation request, it was an email stating my order was shipped. I was livid and inquired about the refund process. They were adamant on me accepting the package upon delivery, trying the extensions, and if I still didn't like them they would give me a 10% refund, which is an absolute joke. Mind you, they tried to force me trying them out and giving me a $10 refund about several times via email. They would not even consider a full refund if I sent them back. I noticed through the shipping carrier that a signature was required upon delivery, so I was fully prepared to refuse delivery and that my refund would be issued, but the carrier ended up just leaving the package at my door anyway without signature. This left me with paying extra fees just to send it back. Instead, I disputed the charge with my bank and had it investigated and I eventually ended up receiving the money back from my bank. With this being said, I still had the hair extensions and decided to take them out just to see the quality. These are 100% mixed with synthetic hair per the burn test. I washed a piece of one tape in and by the time it dried it was absolutely matted and wouldn't brush through well. THESE ARE LOW QUALITY AND A WASTE OF MONEY AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS COMPANY ARE THE WORST TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT EXIST IN THIS WORLD.

I have ordered 3 hair toppers from Moresoo and I have been very happy - well for the most part. I had one that I had to return but I got a full refund. I'm ordering another because I like their light density toppers and realistic scalp. When I wear my topper nobody knows that I'm wearing helper hair. note: the toppers are light density but that suits me fine :)

Do not Shop at this site. They are Fraudulent and will try to steal your money. I purchased 3 bundles of hair and when received it was not as advertised. They argued with me through email then when I asked for a shipping label they stated they don’t provide return shipping. What legitimate company doesn’t provide return shipping? Once I sent the package back, I emailed the company and asked when will I receive my refund. They stated that they will check the package and refund me my money. When the package delivered I emailed them and inquired about my refund. For 3 days they ignored my email. I emailed them back and they lied and said that they just checked the package and only 2 bundles were in it. They would only refund for 2bundles. I am still in the process of getting my full refund. Do Not Shop at this Site!!!!!!!

DO NOT use this company. They copy other companies pictures and you will NEVER get a refund. They are fake, take your money and their products are rubbish

I use to order my wigs from them. However, over the past few months I noticed that they would send me coupons for $50 off or $35 off and I caught on today, that the coupons they have been sending do not work. So like instead of getting $50 off at checkout I would only get $40 and with the $35, I only get $30. There hair for me has been a 50/50 thing for me, so like the very first time I ordered I got this beautiful wig but the density is so low and it shedded a ton. I tried for a second time and density was better but the wig was constantly shedding. I have one still in my closet because I wanted to try an add some wefts to it but I just assume to make my own now. So between that and these fake coupons, I would definitely steer clear of them. Anyway, if anyone reads this, and you still want to purchase, just beware that they sneak things in here and there that are not good quality or they draw you in with big coupons that don't actually give you the amount they say!

for over a year i was ordered my blonde tape ins off the website. the hair and tape was good for the few months i ordered it, but these recent times i’ve ordered have been nothing but horrible, this month they sent me horrible hair, and the tape was falling right out on the first/second day after getting my hair done. This website and company is horrible, i tried to tell them and they denided doing anything for me and then stopped replying to my emails. don’t waste ur money

I have purchased Moresoo hair 2-3 times before and have always been extremely satisfied,
but this purchase was different. Poor quality of hair and tape. It smells horrible when styled with curling iron and the tape does not stay in place, the extensions fall out.
The amount of money and the amount of time that I have used to put them in and to replace the pieces that have fallen out and the tangled mess it causes is really frustrating, embarrassing, and just not good business.
I order the platinum #60 and custom color it, it holds the color well.
When the hair is styled and the tape holds, it looks nice and feels soft.

I am terribly disappointed with my purchase. I chose a wig made of natural hair, which cost me more that I wanted to spend but I thought that would ensure good quality. I received a wig that looks nothing like the picture, nor in color, or style, or amount of hair. It looks as somebody just bit off chunks of hair off it. Sending it back costs me same as the wig, with the added risk of it getting stuck in customs, and they won´t absorb the cost of returns. As per my stylist, it is in such bad shape that trying to fix it by coloring it or cutting it would only make it worse. I was really looking forward to this, since I reviewed many companies and thought I was in good hands.

My experience is very negative. Paid for items that stated 3-5 business days to ship for purchases over $79. It's been over 3 weeks, no reply to my multiple emails, asking for update on my $500 worth of orders. Filed dispute with PayPal for a full refund. .

My experience has been horrible, Customer Service is non-existent.
