Ugh… I should have read the reviews first. Terrible customer experience. Borderline scam of a business. Zero customer service. Goods stuck in transit due to customs fees unpaid. UK customers beware.
I do business in Germany a lot, and this setup is not typical. Very unhappy.

If you are in the UK do not buy from this seller. I received a letter from Parcel Force requesting customs charges of £76.33 for a helmet. This company don't make you aware and they aren't interested. What looked like a well priced helmet on Google turns out to be the most expensive!!!!

I was a but sceptical after reading a lot of negative reviews but I went ahead and bought my dream helmet.
It arrived to Denmark faster than I expected! No issues and well packaged.I am so happy for my purchase !

Ordered Sunday night, delivery should be 1-2 days as was at the office in Germany. Chased on Wednesday as no correspondence for shopping (and no item) I was told there was a delay and it is being shipped that day. I have now flown back home. Further emails, Facebook messenger messages have either not been answered or just totally brushed off. Horrific customer service and timeframes quoted that this company is unable to adhere to.

It is now Saturday and the item has still not shipped. I purchased this for an event this Thursday departing UK for Europe and it now looks like this item won't make the trip. I would avoid purchasing again from them.

13/5 update. As you will see from the response below this is designed to satisfy only those who are reading the review to make it appear that the company are trying to fix this. As it stands to date, since placing the order, this response is the ONLY communication received from this company. I still do not have a timeframe for delivery of the item, I have received no calls or emails from then and they have not suggested alternative solutions.

And to MotoIn - I find it hilarious that you are asking me to order from you again when I still havent received my first order! It truly did make me laugh reading that!

I spoked with u on monday u promised me it Would go out the same day. Nothing have happen. Not even respond on e-mail ??? Either u get it shipped asap or u cancel my order and I Will my shopping elsewhere.

The product was in stock according to the website, then after a week i was told it was not in stock and would be able to ship in within 1-3 working days, now 4 days later they have stopped responding and i still have no clue where my product is... there is no transparency in this company and as soon as you have given them money they will disregard you..

Shocking customer service who don’t respond to emails timely and there are no updates on your order. Unlike Amazon, Deryan and FCMoto the import taxes aren’t included in the price they advertise. Three weeks after ordering the first I knew that the order had been dispatched was a bill of £49.00 from parcel-force for import taxes so it worked out more expensive than buying from a UK company. If they are selling in the UK they need to get their act together, be transparent with pricing and state clearly that the price does not include taxes in the delivery charge, not hide it in the T&Cs. I would never use this company again.

I placed an order on 19.03 because the website advertised 3-5 business days for shipment. However, on 28.03, my order status changed to Delayed, with a new expected delivery date of 17.04.2025—far beyond the original estimate.

Despite this, the website still claims the product is available for shipment within 3-5 days, which is clearly misleading. Very disappointing experience.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Purchased a Just 1 helmet that started to fall apart after the first ride. Will not replace items that fell apart. Do not read your emails and respond accordingly. As I purchased from Aust I have no recourse. Would not buy another item from this company or a Just1 helmet as they also will not reply to my emails

Update, Just1 have finally reaponed to my emails , Motoin have stopped responding. I will advise the outcome from Just1

I ordered a Icon helmet because they had a very competitive price, paid for it on paypal and waited for their response. I got an email receipt for the product and then waited for the delivery notice or tracking no. After a week I received no response on delivery so I tried emailing and leaving a message on messenger and then eventually made a call after no response on both email and messenger. I spoke to a person and enquired about my order giving him my order no. He just said that the order was cancelled and the money will be refunded. No other explanation, he just said try and make the order again. I was very disappointed and didn't make another order.

Excellent as usual, great gloves, superb quality and ideal colours for my wife, competitive price, perfect packaging and quick shipping.

The customer service is a joke. Don't even take the time to read what you are actually asking. I wasn't even able to make the order I originally enquired for. It's like they are actively trying to scare customers away. Be aware of this when buying, you will not get any customer service!

ordered a smart helmet from motoin.de shipped to Australia no problems . These guys were a pleasure to deal with any questions my emails were replied to promptly . Definately will shop with these guys again.

I ordered an item and waited for about 30 days. I contacted them after I realized they hadn't shipped. They said it was coming in a shipment and would be shipped in a week. Lo and behold it did not ship. I recommend using PayPal so a refund is easier.

Al items arrived at time and I'm happy with that.

Ordered SCHUBERTH helmet and an SC2. The shipment was returned by the shipper because they wouldn’t ship the lithium battery. It never even made it out of Germany. I contacted them and they said that sometimes happens and they would ship it again. They didn’t ship it and sent me an email saying they would refund the money. I finally had to call them. They didn’t refund the full amount, they charged me for the shipping. If they were aware of shipping problems with electronics, they should let customers know. On the phone they said I could try again. I am not taking that risk and will never buy from Motoin again.

I ordered a Simpson bandit helmet All was until I opened the box and there was only one cheek pad in the helmet . The right side is completely missing. I’ve tried to contact them through email on Facebook, but they are not responding

UK BUYERS BEWARE charged more for an item than advertised on site also told by email vat was included in price paid £240 approximately for an item charged over £105 duty in the UK pointless purchase ended up a lot more expensive than l could of purchased and a lot less hassle form what l feel a misleading site

Excellent quality product, let's hope it serves its purpose by preventing a theft of my motorcycle.
The lock is sturdy and caution is needed when placing it on the disc as not to damage the paintwork on the wheel.
Delivery time could be improved, although I'm aware its dependent of DHL and not Motoin.
