The person who called me was very nice and friendly. He showed me different options that helped me save on internet and an home security package. He also shared info about his life too as I was sharing about mine since he is asking questions about your needs so it made it easier to share about my needs when he was willing to share some about his life too.

No one bothered to tell me that you don't setup water and electricity outside of Texas. You are FAR FROM a "concierge" service. You need to remove that word from your company name. This was HORRIBLE service.

My realtor had given me this to help with the move-in of my new home. I wasn't too fond of the idea, but I really appreciated her help. They were unable to help me actually setup my necessary utilities (Water, Sewer, Trash, Power), but only to help sell me on other products and services. I ended up trying out the Vivint, but by the time the installation was finished, I was already wanting to cancel due to horrible service and installation. So with their help, I now have holes in my walls, and end up having to do all the setup myself anyway.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Utility Concierge unless they want to be sold on things they don't need.

Getting some of my utilities set up with the help of Michael Marzec was a breeze and I would definitely recommend.
I am so happy with Utility Concierge, specifically with Tyson Fullen. He was an amazing representative and explained everything to me. I was overwhelmed as a first time homeowner but he walked me through the entire process and made everything so easy. Thanks for showing me the best deals!
These people not only didn't set up the utilities when they said they would, they have cost us thousands of dollars in home repairs. My electric went off during the coldest days of winter and pipes upstairs broke while my wife and I were moving in as first time home buyers. They asked for my SSN, and I spent more time on the phone with Jay than I did actually setting up my own utilities after they had said they were going to do it. Called the day I closed sounding official; Ask your realtor! Ignore this call!
