The company helped schedule multiple utilities for my new home. However, the payment paid to the Utility Concierge for alarm services was unacceptable, as when Vivint arrived, I ended up paying an additional $2,200 in services on top of the $2,400 I had already expended. So, I was not a happy camper.

This is a great program in theory and the representative I worked with was great. They were only able to assist with setting up Internet which turned into a self install which was out of their hands. He then supplied me the electric and water providers for me to call via email. I called each company provided and they said they were not the provider so I had to figure out who serviced the location myself in the end anyway. This would have been a 5 star experience if I had the correct utility companies provided to me.

Utility Concierge was wonderful to work with. The whole team (Joshua, Brianna, and the rest) was very patient and took the time to answer all our questions. Specifically, they assisted in coordinating home security, internet, pest control, and provided information for water, energy, waste management, and were another step in simplifying the whole process. I would recommend Utility Concierge to anyone.
