Bought a VW in July Morgan was very helpful and made the purchase smooth and hassle free. Thanks Morgan. Would recommend to people who do not like high pressure sales but do want someone who is very knowledgeable about cars.

Great friendly, professional customer service. No hard sell
Mark was very helpful
Mark was very helpful, found me the car I was looking for and also made sure it was great condition and didn’t pressure me at all throughout the process.
My experience with motortrust was awful…
My experience with motortrust was awful and I will not be recommending them to friends or family wanting to buy a car. I went to talk to Kork who was absolutely lovely about a Mercedes A-Class. He gave me all of the information and booked me in for a test drive the day after. During my chat with Kork, I was told that if I bought the car. it would include 1 year platinum warranty which was perfect.
When I went for my test drive, I met Morgan. Morgan came across skatty, unfriendly, and as if he just wanted me to leave. He notified me that there was an issue with a sensor that would be fixed if I decided to purcjase the car. He failed to mention that the parking break was broken, and didn't know much information about the car he was selling. He falsly told me that the car had an Auto hold feature, but after looking into it further, this information was incorrect. To make matters worse, he told me that no cars included the platinum warranty, and this was an extra I would have to pay for. When I said that his colleage told me otherwise, he said "He wouldn't say that", which I did not appreciate.
To summarise, the car was faulty and I wasn't made aware of this, and the vehicle was falsly advertised. I am a young woman and I do feel as though they took advantage of this by trying to sell me a car without the correct information, but I'm not stupid. I would never reccomend Motortrust to anyone, especially not Morgan who I have had an awful, and unprofessional experience with.
EDIT: I have now realised that Morgan didn't hand back my drivers licence after taking it in preparation for the test drive. He didn't even message/ring to let me know or apologise.

Ben very helpful and easy to deal with
Friendly
Friendly, relaxed sales experience with no pressure to purchase. Good selection of cars to view. Would highly recommend.
Be aware of hidden fees.
Dealt with salesman Joe, he wasn’t pushy, sent me video of car and personally kept in contact about car. He knew I needed to drive 2 hours (106 miles) to view the car and when I arrived it was ready for me to test drive. Lovely car, a few issues with body work that Joe assured me would be done - sat to do the deal and was £249 more for a compulsory admin fee.
I saw advert on AutoTrader and even on their first click onto vehicle, the headline price was not inclusive of admin fee nor were there asterisks, or notes to that affect. I’ve since noticed that if you click ‘more info’ on their website, it shows the price with ‘+admin fee’ next to it.
Apparently had I financed vehicle it would have been £499 fee.
I was so disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned at all. I was ready to buy this car.
Sales staff were all so pleasant too but this took a well priced car to an expensive car and a 5 hour wasted day and fuel costs. Even dragged my little kids along to ensure they could fit comfortably in. Feel let down.
Ben was fantastic
Ben was fantastic. We found the dream car and the experience was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend Ben for anyone looking for a new car!
Highly recommend
Highly recommend, no sales pitch left to view the vehicle on my own and test drive without pressure.
Straight forward and great customers service
Thank you Ben for your help

Fantastic servive from Ben at MotorTrust in Garstang
I had never ever considered buying a car off the Internet, but when I saw a car advertised on their site it seemed to be just what I wanted. Initial phone call with Nigel was friendly and helpful and after I decided to progress the purchase, I spoke exclusively to Ben.
Ben was great, very helpful and always available to answer my numerous emails and whattsapp messages. Talked me through the process and even arranged transfer of ownership and road tax for me.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Motor Trust in Garstang to any new buyer and if you do, Ben will ensure a smooth and stress free purchase.
Car delivery was arranged by Ben and the driver Steve was lovely and friendly.

Went to look for a Discovery Sport…
Went to look for a Discovery Sport 16/06, decided on which one I would like to buy. Four gentlemen messing around, I walked round indoors to see if anything more of interest. I eventually managed to speak to someone, asked for service pack on the car, came back with printed sheet of computer, asked if had the service booklets and instructions for car, wasn’t interested in getting it. Even asked for the paper he had printed data on back. Decided not to buy of them, seemed to much trouble for them, if like this when buying I dread to think what would happen if I had problems with car.
