We have booked a hotel with mrjet but we chould not see that our room is not includ bff, i call a hotel and i find out later that the hotel does not accept a child. I just dont know what to do. I just so angry.

Ridiculously high payment charge of more then 15 euro for a standard mastercard wich you are not informed about until the last page when it is time to choose payment method.

It was easy for me to compare prices and then book a flight for May 2016.

I have used Mr Jet several times to book air tickets.

I have just started using MrJet and I find the service and atmosphere excellent. I had to change my booking,5 they were available, helpful and able. The prices are not only competetive but in this instance by far the best.

I had some trouble with my Visa. It was not Mr Jets fault, but it took a while before I figured.

Good value and very easy booking in the app. But travel info is limited and selection could be better. Direct confirmation on booking.

I thought I was purchasing Qantas flights with Qantas Flight numbers, with Luggage and frequent flyer credits included. I knew th plane was operated by their code-share partner that Qantas is the parent of, Jetstar, but on Qantas tickets.

When I got my tickets, they are Jetstar tickets with no luggage or included benefits even though I saw Qantas everything, excerpt the operated by Jetstar. I could have bought these same flights from the Jetstar site for less money, with more benefits such as luggage and meals, points and status credits.

Very disappointed.

Less good that you got my mame wrong as you sent the booking to the hotel. My name is Torgny Jönsson, not Mats Jansson 😁😄. Not that it matters that much to me, but as i traveled alone this time.... I want people to be able to find me if anything happens.

Not always the least expensive but in the final analysis, I've purchased more flights through Mr. Jet than all other similar sites. No credot card fees - and they accept AmEx: this probably accounts for my return biz.

It's easy to navigate the website, the offer is ample and prices affordable. The purchase was successful and smooth, except the website timing out once. I definitely recommend MrJet!

Easy to search for trips and very reliable but I did not know that they are charging for fees after I booked my recent trips to Canada. And the site said that I have number of Swedish Kronors as bonus points gathered over the years and then the site does not say how to use it. It is so confusing and misleading.
I always use MrJet but if they are going to continue to add hidden fees then it is not good for regular customers like me.

MrJet service is generally good, but there are two problems:
1) After direct payment from Swedbank MrJet webpage returned error. For two hours I was not sure if the payment was accepted.
2) I could not find how could I buy ticket with flexible departure and/or arrival date. Is it possible to pay extra fee, so all ticket price will not be lost if I will need to reschedule arrival date.
And it will be great if MrJet webpage will also have English version.
