Called in 15 mins before they were due…
Called in 15 mins before they were due to close because the headlight bulb had broken. I was going to ask for a next day appointment to have it changed. Instead the lovely team replaced it there and then, as they didn't want me to drive home in the dark with a broken light. Fantastic service!

Great customer service
I use the Normanton Mr Tyre for all of my regular servicing and tyres. Always very helpful and good price. This week I took my car in with a fuel filter I supplied to be changed. Turned out the filter on my car is fitted for the life of the vehicle. When they found that out they advised me and didn’t charge for the time they took to gain access and make that finding. Much appreciated.

The team was good and very helpful
The team was good and very helpful. I was happy with the repair they carried out on my car. Team was friendly. Care should be taken though when handling customers keys. As to avoid handing in the wrong keys to customers.

Great service and advise
Great service and advise. Ordered some tyres alongside my MOT as they were worn but didn’t end up needing the change as tyres still ok. Wasn’t charged for ordering in tyres.
