The staff are all very pleasant, hardworking and so attentive. They are the highlights for my trip.

Food is lovely. My cabin is always cleaned on daily basis.

Our accommodation was great with friendly room service. The food was excellent with great restaurant staff, the entertainment was fantastic and well organised.

Value for money. Amazing ship. Staff were amazing and the itinerary was brilliant

Excellent from start to finish. The standard of the shows at night was the best I have ever seen and better than the west end shows.

We had a wonderful cruise and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The ship was spotlessly clean throughout, and it was clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining such high standards. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. Every meal was a pleasure.
The staff were fantastic and really made the experience special. They were friendly, hardworking, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
The only negatives were not related to the cruise line itself but to some guests. At busy times, particularly around the buffet, some people would push and shove rather than queue patiently. There was also the usual issue of loungers around the pool being claimed for hours without being used, making it difficult for others to find somewhere to sit.
Overall, these minor issues didn't spoil what was an excellent cruise. We had a fantastic time and would happily sail again. Highly recommended!

The restaurant was packed with too many people and felt like a rat race to get a seat and food with some very rude people

From embarkation to the experience, every part was excellent

We had a fantastic experience with MSC cruise. The cruise destinations were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed every stop along the way. The food was consistently delicious with a great variety of options throughout the voyage.
What stood out most was the excellent service from the crew & the theatre experience. Anthony Lagatuz, our restaurant waiter was always friendly, attentive and professional making every dining exoerience enjoyable. Robbie Velasco our bar waiter provided outstanding service with warm attitude and great attention to detail, ensuring we always felt welcome and well looked after.
A special mention also goes to Frederic , our cabin steward , who kept our cabin spotless throughout the cruise . His hardwork, dedication didn’t go unnoticed. We were always happy to return to a clean and comfortable cabin.
The staff across the ship worked incredibly hard and contributed greatly to making our holiday memorable. They truly deserved recognition for their commitment to guest satisfaction and excellent service. We also felt the cruise offered very good value for money, and we would happily recommend MSC cruises to others.

Loved a lot about MSC but was disappointed with the pushiness and general rudeness of other travellers. A little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way!

Good value for money, however the buffet can be crowded at times with table hogging, poor buffet crowd management and non smoking areas not being enforced. Very friendly staff.

Our first cruise ever!
Positives- Unbelievable service, food and drinks are amazing. Night time entertainment is really good, apart from not much to do as a family. You can see a show but they are only on for half an hour.
Negatives-struggled to entertain 10&12 year olds. Pool full of everyone drinking so they couldn't use that. Stop people drinking in the pool would help alot.
