I was served RAW Pork in the main…

I was served RAW Pork in the main restaurant, which was quickly taken away and was asked if I wanted anything else, which I declined and complained to Guest Services. I was fobbed off for 3 days with, "we are looking in to it"
Clearly they wanted me off the ship so not to make a fuss. I have reached out to MSC on Thier review survey, but doubt I will be contacted. Respond to this review if you have has a similar experience and perhaps we can get health inspectors onto the ship so it doesn't happen to anyone else

I am now going to guess MSC's response " Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We regret to hear of your disappointment and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback will be passed to our teams to help us deliver a better experience for our future guests."

Come on MSC, let's open some dialogue on this, don't just trot out the corporate response, it doesn't show a true caring company and perhaps gives readers an expectation on what to expect on thier cruise.

First Time Cruise

We choose the cruise based upon the itinerary, the experience was mixed with generally good food and pleasent staff. MSC pushes the extras which can add-up during the voyage. I would recommend having the premium drinks package if you want more than just the standard drinks.

Iceland and Norway were both…

Iceland and Norway were both spectacular destinations, and it was a long held ambition to see the midnight sun. On the whole it was an excellent cruise and well worth the money.

We expected better from MSC

We expected better from MSC, but sadly the service was slow and inconsistent. Staff often appeared uninterested and unhelpful when we needed assistance. The food was bland, repetitive, and below the quality we anticipated, with limited variety. We hope standards improve, but we cannot recommend this cruise based on our trip.

MSC Musica, Entertainment team

I have just completed my second cruise on MSC Musica, and once again, it exceeded my expectations.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Camila, Andressa, Antonio, Olivier, Hamza, TJ, Erica, Melissa, Jose, and the DJs.
They truly made every day and every night of our cruise unforgettable. Their energy, enthusiasm, and constant smiles brought so much joy to everyone's holiday. Whether it was during the themed parties, quizzes, pool activities, games, or evening entertainment, they always made sure every guest was having the best possible time.
What impressed me most was their dedication. They spent countless hours under the hot sun during the daytime activities and continued working long shifts into the evening, always with the same positive attitude and incredible energy. Their commitment never went unnoticed, and it made a huge difference to our experience.

Without a doubt, the entertainment team was the highlight of our trip. Special thanks to them!

Msc experience

Start with the great service nothing is to much to ask the staff are there to help with anything nothing is to much trouble msc is great value for money from the smallest cabin to the most expensive all passengers treated with respect .would recommend msc to anybody. Its a holiday for any family .go once with the family and friends and your hooked

Poor attitude of staff

Poor attitude of staff, not all staff but the majority, food was something you would expect from a very poor all inclusive holiday, expect from buffet which was acceptable not great, water park had 4 double rings to do everyone when we used it, and it had faeces in it for a length of time with no one about to clean it, for being a family cruise the shallow pool was 1.4 metres deep, couldn’t take your eyes off kids, although they did have lifeguards it didn’t make you feel anymore at ease, bar staff rude and inappropriate, aswell as trying to chat up my daughter in front of her auntie, (30 year old man by the way not a young bartender), made my daughter feeling in easy and not looking to be left alone. Rooms were clean and cleaners where exceptional polite and courteous, no problems with that..

We are most surprised to hear of your claims as MSC generally receive favourable feedback in this area. We take your observations seriously in this matter and as such, we have passed your comments to the relevant department to address with the crew for further training and guidance. We are very disappointed that the food options were not to your liking. Food taste is an extremely subjective and personal matter, and we apologise if the options available did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We appreciate your comments on the availability of double rings at the waterslides. As a popular onboard facility, availability of equipment such as double rings can vary during busy periods and we apologise if you were impacted by this. We are concerned to learn of your observations regarding cleanliness and human waste being present on the slide. All slides are monitored by a crew member, and we sincerely hope that you were able to report this onboard. In the rare event of human waste being detected in a pool or in the waterpark, it is necessary to close the facility temporarily to carry out a full cleaning and sanitation process. We're sorry to hear that you did not feel comfortable with the depth of the pool. For younger or less confident swimmers, we do offer a splash park designed specifically with children in mind. We also advise both before the cruise and on the pool rules, which are present in the pool areas, that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pools. While our lifeguards are present to help maintain a safe environment, parental supervision remains an important requirement. We sincerely apologise if your daughter was spoken to in an inappropriate way by a member of bar staff, this is certainly not what we would want for any of our guests to experience. We will ensure that your feedback is sent to the onboard management team for review, and if you would like further investigations to be completed, please do reach out to our customer services team who will be happy to investigate this on your behalf. Please know that your feedback is appreciated and will be used to support ongoing improvements across our fleet. With thanks, MSC Cruises

Fabulous holiday. MSC Yacht Club can’t be beaten. This experience on the Divina was right up there with the best we have had. Lovely Yacht Club atmosphere, fantastic staff. Especially Marcello, Naik, joelle, Samuel, sammy, Daisy, Carlos, Yuti and others.
