Poor attitude of staff
Poor attitude of staff, not all staff but the majority, food was something you would expect from a very poor all inclusive holiday, expect from buffet which was acceptable not great, water park had 4 double rings to do everyone when we used it, and it had faeces in it for a length of time with no one about to clean it, for being a family cruise the shallow pool was 1.4 metres deep, couldn’t take your eyes off kids, although they did have lifeguards it didn’t make you feel anymore at ease, bar staff rude and inappropriate, aswell as trying to chat up my daughter in front of her auntie, (30 year old man by the way not a young bartender), made my daughter feeling in easy and not looking to be left alone. Rooms were clean and cleaners where exceptional polite and courteous, no problems with that..

We are very disappointed that the food options were not to your liking. Food taste is an extremely subjective and personal matter, and we apologise if the options available did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We appreciate your comments on the availability of double rings at the waterslides. As a popular onboard facility, availability of equipment such as double rings can vary during busy periods and we apologise if you were impacted by this. We are concerned to learn of your observations regarding cleanliness and human waste being present on the slide. All slides are monitored by a crew member, and we sincerely hope that you were able to report this onboard. In the rare event of human waste being detected in a pool or in the waterpark, it is necessary to close the facility temporarily to carry out a full cleaning and sanitation process. We're sorry to hear that you did not feel comfortable with the depth of the pool. For younger or less confident swimmers, we do offer a splash park designed specifically with children in mind. We also advise both before the cruise and on the pool rules, which are present in the pool areas, that all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pools. While our lifeguards are present to help maintain a safe environment, parental supervision remains an important requirement. We sincerely apologise if your daughter was spoken to in an inappropriate way by a member of bar staff, this is certainly not what we would want for any of our guests to experience. We will ensure that your feedback is sent to the onboard management team for review, and if you would like further investigations to be completed, please do reach out to our customer services team who will be happy to investigate this on your behalf. MSC Divina Yacht Club
Fabulous holiday. MSC Yacht Club can’t be beaten. This experience on the Divina was right up there with the best we have had. Lovely Yacht Club atmosphere, fantastic staff. Especially Marcello, Naik, joelle, Samuel, sammy, Daisy, Carlos, Yuti and others.

Embarkation at Naples was not up to our…
Embarkation at Naples was not up to our usual treatment.
Only 1 person in attendance therefore unable to get any assistance with our luggage and unpleasant experience from security personnel on boarding ship. Very rude to my wife -not usual treatment we expect for yacht club
However at disembarkation our butler Perline and cabin stewart Baram went above and beyond to assist us when I felt ill and needed assistance.

I enjoyed myself that much I booked 2 more cruises whilst on board to take my girlfriend on the same ship!!
WE are recently returned from a Norwegian Fjords cruise and I have booked 2 more!!

Naik our butler in Yacht club was amazing! We also really loved Desi and Henry in Top Sail. We cruised for my husbands 40th birthday and everyone in YC made it so special, thank you MSC and we will see you again soon!!

A memorable cruise
MSC Virtuosa to Iceland and Norway.
I had long wated to visit Iceland, and was happy to visit some Norwegian ports that I had not previously cruised to.
Ship was about 3/4 full, so not too much pressure on the on-board facilities.
Very good theatre shows but the on-board lectures could have been better: who knew that Stonehenge is in Scotland?????
Staff were every bit as hard working and attentive as on previous cruises, and overall it was a very special holiday for my wife and I.
Would I go back to Iceland? Probably not by cruise, as it would likely visit the same ports. Maybe tour by camper van if I ever win the lottery......
Would I go back to Norway? Maybe on a winter cruise....
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday. There were points where I truly wished that we could just stay there forever.

Embarked at Kusadasi
Embarked at Kusadasi. A total free for all. No priority boarding for Aurea. In fact no reservation at all. Had to go to customer services. Had to repay for internet and drinks package. We had a refund later on. Room not equipped
No dressing gown, slippers, prosecco or chocolate. No twin beds as ordered.
Top18 deck. Great sun loungers but no umbrella or shade so a total waste of time. Hand sanitizer machines mainly empty
Food ok but limited to MDR and buffet.
Very busy ship. Rude people.
All bar and restaurant staff were excellent.
Entertainment in theatre very good
All other musicians in bars very poor.
Extra work for bar staff having to refill water bottles.
Room service delivery ok but water for tea was like warm. So a waste of time.
