Munchery provides consistently great meals when we are really busy and don't have time to prepare dinner. Their packaging is environmentally friendly, and they provide easy instructions. Almost all portions allow us to have leftovers for lunch. Glad to see them work on sustainable meat and fish. Taste is consistently great! And prices for side dishes are super reasonable.

Love the convenience
Love the convenience, easy ordering process, membership perks, great tasting food (most but not all), good portions, and continuous improvement in their variety of dishes, desserts, and sides. Excellent customer service: responsive to negative feedback (if any). I'd give a 5-star except, delivery sometimes is slightly late and a few times food was not properly packed or lack of care during transit - small items appear tossed around in the bag and have had spills in the bag. Otherwise, highly recommend Munchery!

Admittedly, things can happen along our drivers routes – unexpected traffic, car trouble, difficulty in reaching customers, etc. can sometimes cause our drivers to be delayed. That being said, late deliveries should be infrequent one-offs, not a consistent issue. We know how important it is for you to receive your order within the window you select, and can assure you we will be working to make sure these delays and spilled items aren't repeated.
Great resource for busy people.
Order from Munchery once a week to cover my lunch time needs. Always on time. Food is excellent. Everything is fresh and it never tastes like leftovers.

Started off great, now subpar
Previous order: The salad was ridiculously small - less than a serving for one. I sent feedback and received an unsatisfying and patronizing response. This is certainly not the first time I've had an issue with a dish. Also, when anyone besides my usual two couriers deliver my meals, they'll just leave them on the doorstep without waiting for me to answer which I don't appreciate given the size of the tip I give. This order: important accouterments missing from main dish. I'm sadly done with Munchery. They've become inconsistent.

I love Munchery
I love Munchery! I was in an accident and unable to prepare my own meals. I started ordering munchery because I heard they were healthy farm-to-table meals. The meals were delicious!. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend as this is the best service around. They go above and beyond and create healthy delicious meals.

Food prepared by Munchery chefs is healthy and tasty. There has been a delivery issue resulting in a non-delivery and lateness due to driver getting lost and another time due to traffic. Most of the time, however, no complaints. When my family asks what they can give me for my birthday, etc., I say “ a Munchery gift certificate.”

For the most part, I love Munchery! They have a nice selection, and I have been pleased with almost every meal (sometimes I try something new, but it's not to my liking). I only have a few concerns that developed over the past year, which made me decide to cancel my membership. When Munchery first became known to me, all their meals were around $10, with free delivery. Since then, they have increased their meal prices, charge a delivery fee, and also a yearly membership. I feel like I do when I purchase an airline ticket, that I keep getting nickeled and dimed. I will miss Munchery!

Food is very good
Food is very good. Portions are adequate. Price is a little high. Recent change, changed potions and added small bit of lettuce ( salad?),then increased price. Too pricy to get more frequently. With monthly and delivery charge. Costs about the same as some restaurants. Seems to have same menu on the same days week after week. Recommend if only use once in awhile.
