The choices are a bit repetitive, but there are several things I like

I've been a customer for a couple of months. I'm impressed with the flavor of the meals I've tried. The only thing I wish Munchery would offer is more vegetarian options.

Excellent quality - have ordered a variety of items and always impressed with quality. Watch out for titles of items as I found Jerusalem artichoke salad didn't have any Jerusalem artichokes!

In one instance, driver didn't follow my delivery instructions and I couldn't find food. I had to order take-out from a restaurant since I was taking dinner to Mom. Munchery didn't compensate me for cost of take-out which would have been appropriate for regular customer.

I’ve been using Munchery for a few years.
In the beginning it was much more family friendly with family meal options (not meal kits)
One of the main reasons we loved it so much was the convenience of placing your order in the morning and early afternoon. Now there are no family options and your order needs to be placed practically in the middle of the night or the day before. With so many meal kit company’s that’s not the reason we choose Munchery we chose it for the better healthier choice then take out. Chef inspired meals
I would recommend more low carb options as all the meals are accompanied with potatoes or rice. With everyone doing keto and low carb our ordering has been less and less.
When we do order iwe know it will be a good meal although some portions are very small.
So therefore there should be more side order options.
My biggest pet peeve is it’s inconsistency some days the salad has 6 olives some days 2. The menu is always the same for kids not much thought piut into it not many options.
My overall experience with Munchery is good and I will continue to use it when I remember to order the night before. I just wish not every dish came with a carb maybe there could be two versions of each meal one with carbs one without. Just a thought. Regardless it’s the best service out there.

Order and delivery process is great. Food taste is lacking for us.

I rarely order anything from Munchery anymore because the salt content is so high. I don’t have high blood pressure or any kind of heart condition, but I try to eat healthy food and avoid extra salt as much as possible.

Also, Many of the meals look really unappetizing to me and strange since I like simple American comfort food. One of my favorites was the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, but I don’t see it very often anymore. San Francisco is a very diverse city so I understand your need to appeal to many different tastes, but I just can’t relate to most of the offerings now.

On the positive side, Munchery was definitely the best of all the delivery services a few years ago with many meals to choose from which were very appealing. I don’t order from any other delivery service and just do most of my own cooking as bed and Boring as that is, Your meals have gotten much more expensive, and I can make my own for much less. You have great people delivering your meals and I have liked all of them very much.

Chicken dishes very repetitive. More veggies.

Well prepared food using good healthy ingredients. Price about the same as a a restaurant or take out. Always arrives on time without errors. Highly recommended.

The food is always great, easy to make, and fresh. I like that I can order daily. I wish there were more vegan options.

Munchery helps me to feed myself properly.
My only complaint is that the prices have gone up and now it is becoming a luxury on a retiree's income.
Most of the meals are to my taste, although some pastas reheat better than the other meals.
Reliably balanced and portioned controlled eating!

Fairly good variety each day, but wish the menu varied more throughout the week (between days). Quality is good and feels relatively healthy. The "not your mama's chicken salad" is a delicious blend of great tasting ingredients. Cook times are off for meats in the oven (too low) but we now routinely adjust for this. Please assure meats like steak come undercooked to allow for reheating in oven or stovetop. Ok pricing: not bad but when I consider that it's only a little under what I would pay at a restaurant for my family (and more than takeout, for a given amt of food) it doesn't always make sense. Very convenient though.

When I first used Munchery I was thrilled. I ordered usually three dinners a week. The food was delicious, with excellent recipes and menus. The price was fair and the ease preparing the food wonderful! I raved about Munchery to everyone I knew and many friends started using Munchery too. However after about 6 months the food quality and recipes diminished significantly and the prices were much higher. My husband was no longer happy with Munchery and sadly I had to stop using the them.
The dinners were too expensive for the quality of the food. Their menus in the beginning, which according to them, were from “Celebrity Chefs” no longer had good chefs and became plain and no longer excellent.
I was so disappointed because for that period ( when they were good ) my life was so much easier!

I have no problem with Munchery service or delivery but occasionally the food is disappointing, both in taste and execution. Reheating can overcook it, so forget chicken. Since I am restricted to limited dairy I unfortunately have to forego many of their offerings.

Excellent food quality - healthy, home style food and convenient reheating procesures. Better than restaurant delivery.

I am grateful for Munchery that came into my life at a major time of need! I am enjoying the variety of choices, but do have my favorites!
