Munchery 

Food is spotty. Deliveries are often late. Way too much sodium and not enough food variance.

Great food at good prices! There are many excellent choices each week. Deliveries are usually on time, and in the rare instances when they are not you receive advance notification. Oh, and the containers are compostable...good for the environment!

The meals have been tasty and there is usually a wide selection to choose from. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. We have favorites and also have enjoyed trying new meals.

This program has been a life saver with two very hard working parents, visiting family and a new arrival. Excellent quality, reasonable portion menu offerings and variety can not be beat. Seriously. Every taste and dietary preference has been available that we choose. Munchery is a no hassle, no stress way to provide value added gourmet chef prepared dinners. Customer service has been very responsive on the rare occasion they were needed. I have been ordering for the family so all they do is open the door, collect the meal bag, and thank the delivery person. Hooray!!

I love munchery! My husband & I have done enough cooking for a lifetime. Nothing is better than choosing a yummy meal, hearing Robyn or Ivan at the door, and sitting and enjoying good food while watching a ballgame. No overpriced dinners, no traffic or parking frustration, no trying waitings. Add to that, the cost is a fraction of a restaurant meal! Thank you MUNCHERY! I'm grateful! Nan

I am mostly very happy with the meal choices.
Maybe more variety.
The service is excellent. We have reoccurring orders once a week.

I have had so issues with food lately but I think they are working to make things delicious. Excellent service.

The quality varies. On different weeks, the same dish will have not-so-subtle differences, some which are strictly worse than other weeks.

Delivery timeliness varies. I set my delivery time to an hour before I usually get home and have a cooler with an icepack just so when they're running late (which is fairly often), I'll get my food by the time I get home.

That said, it's highly convenient.

We were given a generous gift card after my husband's auto accident and this has been truly appreciated for the simplicity of ordering, the delicious items available and the accommodating delivery options during our dark and difficult days.

Very easy online and food delivery service. I like the varieties offered. I will say that sometimes the food seems like it has been sitting for a while. But most of the time it is delicious. I think certain foods are harder to package and stay fresh.

Munchery meals (along with Munchery gift cards from friends who don't cook) helped sustain me through recovery from leg surgery and now a satisfying supper is just a few clicks away when a busy work schedule diminishes my time in the kitchen. Rarely does the food disappoint, and some meals are so very good that I ponder hoarding. The delivery staff is made up of kind and warm individuals and folks on the "Help" site respond quickly and with great generosity. Thanks, Munchery!

Two missing dinners. Last night we only received one of the three dinners we ordered and paid for. THAT has never happened before. (Thus only 3 stars). Don't we get some comment or reimbursement? Thank you, Jan Fenwick

Most of the time the food is "Edible" but not like anything I would cook at home or get in a restaurant. If they want to be at the top of their game they need to get a few 'Outstanding" recipes and build on that. The salad dressing are mostly inedible, unless you like to eat straight vinegar! You really, really, really, need to taste your food and decide on which one's are the best and go from there.
