Lifesaver. I use Munchery regularly because it saves me time and the food is exceptional quality.

I've been a fan of Munchery since the beginning. Great food, easy ordering,
easy delivery.

The website is fine, you can navigate through it fairly well. The notifications that food is arriving is helpful. Quite often the food is delivered late and on occasion not delivered at all. Don't worry they will call you and let you know. However, you will get that call about 20 minutes after your food was supposed to be delivered. On one occasion I ordered the food to be delivered at 5:30 p.m. they called at 5:45 p.m. to let me know the food wouldn't be coming at all. Once received, if you reheat stove top the food is fine. However, if you microwave the food, the meat is often chewy and my kids won't eat it at all.

It’s great to have delivery to your door. I need more choices. There is a lot of stuff on there sometimes., But I don’t like any of it, or I’ve had it too many times lately.
For instant I don’t eat beef I don’t eat beets I don’t eat pork. I do eat fish and chicken I would love the Greek Misaka however they mix beef in with the lamb! Why? I do eat lamb but not beef. I liked the Turkey chili for a while and then once it was kind of funky so I never wanted to order it again. Some of the dishes I like are inconsistent. This is one of the problems besides the others that I have listed.

Munchery is a wonderful meal service. They deliver to us two or three times a week. Our meals are always delivered on time, and the drivers are courteous and dependable. The food is plentiful, varied and delicious. Five stars for sure.

Quality, tasty, excellent portion sizes, and good price point make Munchery our goto food service. No need to spend an hour to prep food, meals are fresh and warm up in 2-3 minutes! A life changer for us with a newborn!

-Delivery drivers are awesome; on time 99.9% of the time
-Notwithstanding everyone's concern to eat healthier, you MUST season the meat before you cook it. Several of my recent meals have been very bland.
-For the prices you're charging, every dish should come with TWO sides.
-You have raised delivery fees twice since I signed up, both times without notification... that's not right.
-Your membership fee is very reasonable and the rewards are great.
-You need to provide more side dish options.
-Stop putting sour cream in the mashed potatoes! It doesn't make them better, it just makes them sour! You'll save a fortune.
-Stop putting fish sauce in everything. There are many dishes I can't eat because I am allergic to fish.

All in all I'm happy with my membership and plan to continue, but you need to go back to the original concept of providing tasty, home style meals. You've gotten much too froufrou. Keep it simple!

These meals taste good, and the delivery drivers are nice and friendly, which is why I usually order about twice a week. I would order more, if cilantro was not mixed in with the food/ wish that it could be in a separate container instead.(easy to toss out) Thanks! Jackie Lee

Good healthy food! Web site can be difficult especially dinner,breakfast ,drinks and desserts!

I got a gift card for Munchery when I broke my foot and could not walk! This meal service was wonderful because it was like having a healthy home cooked meal, minus the cooking and dishes!

I have been ordering Munchery for several years. Overall I find the quality and flavor of food to keep me coming back. I have had a few delivery issues, and the cost is pretty high so I don't order very often, but the customer service has been great and some of my favorite meals are there so I keep ordering. I do like that the food is pre-made so it doesn't require any more prep than heating up, and some can be eaten cold right away - that's a huge time-saver!

I love this service! The food is really good, the portions are generous, easy to order and reliable delivery. Also, doesn't require any minimum ordering. As a single I can order one meal at a time as frequently or infrequently as I desire. I highly recommend this service.

I got the gluten-free Carolina Pulled-Pork sandwich...such a treat to have options when you have to be g-free all the time and can be limiting at restaurants. Loved the sandwich and the coleslaw...ate every bite!

Munchery is a convenient way for my wife and I to get restaurant chef quality meals delivered to our door! It really helps out when the busy work day precludes us from making a healthy meal for ourselves.

I've tried several different options and all of them have been very good. When I've been unable to do my normal weekly grocery shopping Munchery has been a great alternative. Ordering and delivery is fast and easy.

The food is decent. I would like a bigger portion however for families. It's about $10.00 a meal. I would rather it be $8.00 and I would then call it a deal for your money. Delivered to my door and they texted me when it was on it was way. I think it's a good start for them with room for improvement.
