Never heard of this company and am happy I found it because the quality and price of the Wizard of Oz Set I bought was exceptional. The web site is very user friendly, the service and packaging was top-notch. I have no complaints...just happy results.

I was very happy how easy the ordering was online. The merchandise was in excellent condition when I received them.

I placed an order and received a phone call saying that one of the things I had ordered was not available and was offered a replacement item. The fact that they called to in form me was very much appreciated and would order from them again and recommend them to others. Not very often now a days do you get personal and friendly customer service.

Was a perfect on-line shopping experience from start to finish. I actually called them before ordering on-line and found the lady I spoke with to be extremely pleasant and helpful. And if you have concerns about fragile items being shipped - DON'T! I ordered two fairly fragile figurines, watched the mailman literally THROW the box on my doorstep - and it was so well packaged that they were in perfect condition!!!!

My purchase was received damaged- the plastic had slid off the picture and it arrived all scratched in one corner and a scrape in the middle of the picture. I reported it and am waiting for a replacement.

I could not believe it. I placed my order late pacific time on a Thursday and Monday afternoon I had my painting and was ready to hang it. It arrived in perfect condition. This was the second order I placed and could not be happier. I had ordered similar paintings else where for the same price but the service was not near the same. I would recommend to all my friends.

Easy ordering and when I wasnt sure when my Fed Ex package would arrive the store person I got a hold of via phone had literally just opened the office yet stopped to look up the Fed Ex # for me and email me the tracking number (!) I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

We have a "special nurse friend" who has done so much for me during my Cancer treatments. I know that's what they do but she goes over and beyond the call of duty all the time. I purchased this Angel Nurse as a gift of our family appreciation. It's not much but something to let her know how we feel and for other patients who may see it in her office and ask about it.
