By far the worst and most exploitative company I've ever had to deal with

Very easy to use. Very fast results! User friendly

I was able to work on and add lyrics to a song that didn't have lyrics. This website is an awesome part of Spotify it adds lyrics so that when I'm listening to a song I could sing along to the songs. I hope this website keeps on doing the good it is.

Even though I didn't pay for premium I was offered an opportunity to add lyrics to my songs and I'm grateful.The Musixmatch company is really helping musicians even better their songwriting and I think it's great.Great work guys.

Dogshit website. Easily one of the worst online websites ive ever come across. Uneasy, dumb captchas, forbidden links. plain trash.

Musixmatch has been a game-changer for getting my lyrics synced across different streaming platforms. The interface is very user-friendly, and the verification process for artists is straightforward. It really helps in making sure the audience gets the full experience while listening.

Platform filled with bugs and 0 support.
The chatbot keep ending our conversation without connecting me to an agent telling me it solved my issues - it didn't.
I faced bugs 100% of my visits to this app, crucial bugs that interfere with my ability to disrupt lyrics

An experienced and polite Support tech replied within days checked the problem, then followed up a few days later
Problem was solved
He even checked in one more time just to make sure

The business model where there is a comprehensive ID check to ensure you are who you are (which was not at all needed to neither publish the music or claim the bandon spotify), is just a trick to incite user to pay a fee to speed up this service. Fresh artists do not have the patience to wait for the 4 weeks this "manual" control takes. Unless you pay $30 per year. This is an unnecessary process as neither the publisher e.g. Distrokid nor artists.spotify demands this to control the music. The link lies with the distributor. This link would be amazingly easy to implement with musicmatch ad well. But, I guess they have quotas to fill.

Provided my refund very quickly and it was nice that they had a refund policey for new subscribers, the response was fast. Very realible support and wonderful service features. 10/10 Recommend

I’ve had a great experience using Musixmatch so far. The platform makes it easy to upload and manage lyrics, and it’s very rewarding to see them appear on Spotify. The interface is quite user-friendly, even for independent artists. I’m especially interested in exploring more of the features in the future as I continue releasing music.
