Pamela was wonderful! She was very warmth, understanding and transmitted a calming energy. She solved my issue easily and followed up on me. The best customer service I have had. We need more Pamelas in the world!
The app and site are fluid no lags, the service is good, quality lyrics, and overally a good platform
I love this app because it has many features, and I'm a music lover. This app made me fully appreciate the songs. I've been a contributor to the app since April 2025, and I loved translating lyrics and sync songs word for word. I took the translation curator test to increase my privileges, and thanks to God, I passed. Now I'm a skilled translator. I extend my sincere thanks to support service and the developers, and a special greeting to you all from my heart
I submitted 100%-correct lyrics for the Musixmatch experts to sync... and somehow those 'experts' introduced errors to most of them. Moreover, every time I try to manually correct those errors, I get an error code - literally every time, having tried on different browsers, at different times of the day, and after refreshing the page and trying again - so it's proving impossible to move forward.
The support options are also very limited. At first, I thought the support was good, but I have since discovered that I am in fact receiving generic responses that, I'm afraid, are doing nothing to help me move forward. Waiting 24-48 hours for a response that gets you nowhere is dispiriting.
I paid for a Pro subscription, yet it still feels like i. I'm having to try and do everything myself anyway because of the errors the 'experts' are making on my behalf and ii. I'm being treated like a free customer by receiving generic advice that does not help resolve the issues.
I really want to like Musixmatch but they are making it very difficult to do so.

This company is a joke. Not only does it monopolize lyrics submissions on Spotify since they're the only ones who can do it, but on top of that, it's more expensive than submitting your own music. Plus, the site is riddled with bugs, crashing pages, cookie issues, duplicate lyrics, and the inability to delete, edit, or resubmit. This company is a disaster. Spotify should be ashamed of dealing with such a company; it does absolutely nothing for artists, and its credibility and reputation are taking a serious hit. Furthermore, I just saw someone on X making the same argument, and upon further investigation, I discovered that Lyricfinds has filed a lawsuit regarding this monopolization issue—because honestly, that's all it is. Artists should have a choice of where to submit their lyrics; they don't belong solely to Musixmatch. They are fake.

I THINK IT IS AN INNOVATIVE, SOCIALLY-CONSCIOUS COMPANY THAT IS BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER THROUGH MUSIC AND THE FEELINGS IT EVOKES IN US. IT'S A NEW WAY OF CONNECTING IN THIS NEW ERA. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND I HOPE THAT MY CONTRIBUTIONS CAN ADD TO THE PEOPLE WHO ALSO SEEK TO FEEL GOOD THROUGH MUSIC.
I love the idea of their service, and I don’t really need much from them. However, there were some issues that I needed to fix with their “Pro” transcription of my lyrics. Unfortunately, their app and website won’t allow to do anything. Something to do with verification. Okay, so I reached out to their support team.
It’s been about a week and I’ve had nothing but silence from them. Nothing, despite repeated attempts to get a status.
This is an issue. I like the idea of all that they promise for me paying for a “Pro” subscription, but I’m definitely not getting my money’s worth at this point, and I don’t exactly feel confident that I will.
You may just want to stick with the Free plan, do everything manually, and use other platforms to do the other things that Musixmatch promises it will do but can’t seem to deliver on.
Updated 1/30/26 - Robin from Musixmatch responded to my pleas for help. They fixed everything, gave me a credit, and were apologetic. I’m moving this to four stars since I do like the service. I’ll update the rating, hopefully to 5 stars (!) once I get a little more time on the platform. For now, I am happy again 😊

Tried to upload lyrics. I already had an EP out using CD Baby as the digital distributor. Manually synced all lyrics because the AI had a very limited knowledge of languages. Some lyrics appear correctly in Spotify, some don’t. One song seems impossible to upload to. The site just doesn’t work. Ended up in digital loop with the help.

For the uses of Musicmatch they are very useful and progressive
Had problems as an artist with my roster.
There were a couple of songs showing up that didn‘t belong to me.
It was solved perfectly and very fast by Manfredi!
Thanks a lot!
Very professional, courteous, and attentive support staff. Replied promptly and quickly resolved my issue with my lyrics not displaying on all platforms. They took really good care of me as a paid customer.
It's great if you want an already finished product (synched lyrics, tagged performers etc.) but my expierience contributing was pretty miserable, on mobile lyrics wont always save and synchronization is bad on both mobile and pc, the line switching animation last ~0.1/0.2s which makes it hard to actually get the finished thing to look good (especially in songs packed with multiple performers who's lines overlap), while trying to follow the guidelines (often having to include the end of the previous line, so that the visual switch happens at the beggining).
Also its really buggy sometimes just throwing you back to the start of the song (usually happens when you modified the lyrics (dividing into sections/correcting a typo)) or sometimes the page just wont load and you have to switch browsers
