Very straightforward process and after looking around, found it was the best price for the style of bed. Arrived very quickly and was easy to put together. Excellent as has sprung slats. Very pleased with experience overall.

From simple online ordering the bed arrived, beautifully packaged and protected, in “flat pack” mode.
Very simple instructions had it put together in no time at all.
The quality and construction of the frame is brilliant and I’ve seen much more expensive beds NOT up to this quality.
Once we had sourced a suitable mattress, I’m 6’3” and my wife 5’4” our sleep has been wonderful. We live in an ancient cottage and the design is perfect. A lovely wooden bed!!

I ordered this item on 27th October 2024 and received it within the advertised delivery slot. The item arrived in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations overall. The delivery men were professional, considerate and courteous and the quality of the dresser is very good. It has a glamorous, stylish appearance. It was delivered intact so no assembly was required, other than to put the handles/knobs on. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

James of Beckton visited me to give me a quote which I accepted. He was friendly and extremely professional, and took me through the choices for laminate flooring and carpet and offered advice about the whole process. I will definitely use Tapi in the future

We ordered a small double ottoman storage base in our choice of velvet fabric for our son's room.
There was an issue with the product that was sent to us, but it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently without any issue or question at all. Even though we were past the last date for a pre Christmas delivery to our area, they still got it sorted for us to be delivered for Christmas.

We were impressed with the service on phoning mybedframes before making our purchase, and it was this that gave us the confidence to go ahead and pay a little bit more than some other bed companies online, knowing that it was well worth it for the peace of mind with the sales team and the ability to phone and speak to someone straight away.

A replacement was sent to us and we are extremely happy with the quality of the product.
The lift mechanism is very very strong and able to tolerate a deep and heavy new mattress.

Great service from start to finish , along with a follow up call to check all was good!
Delivered quickly by 2 guys that took care ,and the sofa bed is fabulous quality!
Chose this because I'd seen it in a shop , only it was far more expensive! You can change the chaise from right to left hand if you have a furniture move around !
Only suggestion is for the instructions to state that even though you can move the arms , they should state on instructions that their is a left hand arm & right !
Other than that it's all round fab

Ordered two metal double bed frames in December and these were delivered within days, almost by return which I wasn't expecting. One of the bedheads had a slight defect in it from the manufacuring process which meant the bolt holes would not align. I emailed the sales team and had an email response the same day saying a replacement bed head had been dispatched to me. Excellent after sales service and the beds look great.
