It was the first time I placed an order on this site and to get my order delivered on the right place I had to issue two complaints one for the late delivery and other for the delivering guy Charging the extra amount for the delivery and insisting on paying the amount . This was highly unacceptable as my friend had to pay the amount to collect the delivery inspite of me paying the full amount in advance.

In the name of substitution policy they will give any cheap flowers to you. I ordered 20 yellow roses they gave me some 20 cheap flowers.

I argued with them many times but they didnt accept to send 20 yellow roses for which I paid for.

Ordered a truffle cake for express and time delivery. Received a chocolate cream cake, later than promised time and with no customisation whatsoever. Raised a ticket and got told minor variations are to be expected as some expert chefs handmake our cakes so it wont be similar to the photos show - which is understandable of course, but missing message, totally different decor, missing elements such as chocolate dust, ganache topping and truffle flavour altogether makes it a regular chocolate cake.

The so called chefs must know how a truffle cake is made vs how a regular cheap chocolate cake with loads of artificial flavouring, colouring and cheap ingredients is made.

They charge premium price, show premium products but supply very cheap local, not so fresh and of course wrong flavoured cakes!

Would not use them for family or friends, they will undoubtedly ruin your occasion

I have used my flower tree couple of times and their service is pathetic. I paid extra fixed time delivery charges so that my order could be delivered between 9-10am IST and at 11am also there was no update. The customer service number keeps ringing looks like no service team is there. Highly unprofessional site...

The "Impressive Red Blooms" were tiny, wilting on arrival and completely dead the following day. Their customer care response: "Our records indicate that your order is already delivered. Any complaint for the perishable products can not be raised after 24hrs from the delivery." Flowers for 24 hours only?

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Nobody responds to anything at all. It has been a long time since the order was delivered and despite contacting multiple times, they are very careless at addressing the issue. We received the item that we did not order and no effort has been made from the team to even look into what has happened. Never recommend this website to anyone in future.

Worst service. I have sent an order for my girlfriend to surprise her. Firstly they were lying that the order is delivered but in reality it was not. Then I have raised the complaint on the same day - then they delivered it the next day that too very late evening (like 8ish). They have delivered the different flowers than what I ordered as well and when I have raised the complaint then its been a week and they are not replying to me and closing my complaint without any notes. They have charged me 200Rs extra for the fixed time delivery. There was no sense of ownership by the customer service team and the person who was handling my compliant. I will never order anything from their website again. Stay away from this website.

Worst service ever, i placed an order my friend the order was supposed to be deliver within 3 hours its already overdue by 2 hours the customer service lady dosnt even have delivery guy contact. Everytime i called her she said order will be delivered soon. Wasted my 3 hours and money. They dont even have any arrangement to refund money when you explain the issue to them. I would not recoomend anyone to order from this website.

Worst company for ordering flowers. I ordered carnations with highly beautiful packaging on the website, and then the guy delivers a bouquet of some other flowers which were not even fresh wrapped in a plastic sheet. The worst company to order anything. There customer service is so bad that they put the blame on you , or will say sorry for the experience and will hung up the call.
Never order anything from them so your special occasion remains special instead of making it a nightmare.

Fraud site - never order from here. Either it will be extremely late or they will never bring it to you. I am sad to have experienced this service. You dont want to experience that on your mom’s birthday where everyone is just waiting for the bloody cake to arrive from this fraudulent company and surprise, it never showed up. On top of it, hats off to their employees who do a great job at copy pasting false hopes and messages. Dishonest and tiring, took all my money. Their seo is great that made me click on it. Their service and company deserves to shut down.

No, I wouldn’t recommend this website at all. Its a scam. Its very late delivery, you wont get delivered what you pay for, they have really exquisite cakes for the show so they justify the high prices but what you get is a cheap ordinary cake, second they don’t deliver the add ons that paid for, just a cheap stupid cake and thats all, rather send your loved one a cheque instead of using this stupid website, they are scamming us by eating half your money

I ordered an expensive bouquet of roses in a vase for my daughter's 18th birthday but they delivered a simple bunch of flowers which do not match with product on display from any angle. When I explained the problem to them by calling their number 9871141000, the customer rep simply disconnected the phone. Thereafter they didn't pick the phone. Bogus site, which is out there to cheat remote customers. Don't go by all the fancy bouquets on their site. These are just images picked from other site. Myflowertree doesn't have the necessary set-up to deliver these. Not at all recommended.

This is a fraud site. Dont order from here. They collect money online and dont bother to deliver your order. I paid online for a get well soon cushion. When placing the order the expected date of delivery was shown as 3 days from .placing the order. After placing the order they moved the date of delivery further. Now the date has crossed. The customer service has no idea what's going on except to say sorry for inconvenience in a robotic manner. They just cheated me.

They are fraud.
This is a just company operated by few individuals less than 10 may be. Who outsource work to nearby shops with the help of advance payment recieved from customers, which they forward to the shops. Thus, you will only get false promises without any follow-up from a nearby shop at a premium price for substandard product.

In my case, cake got delivered completely different from what they displayed on their website. I traced the shop, turned out it was just a local bakery 3kms away from my home using MFT packings.

In short, they are good with outsourcing and they don't make anything of their own.

Please do not order from this website. This was one of the most frustrating experience of my life. I live abroad and wanted to surprise my sister for her birthday. I already paid in full weeks before the day and everything. Finally on the day of my sister’s birthday. My mom and dad waited hours upon hour for the gifts to arrive ( 13 hour on that day to be exact) and then finally when it was 10:15 pm my mom received a phone saying that the driver was in some kind of an accident and the goods got damaged so they could only deliver the gifts the next day. It was very disappointing but we understood that unexpected situations happen. So they let my parents know that they will receive the gifts the next day around 10:00 am. The next day rolls around just for the wait to continue. Keep in mind my parents have been waiting an additional 10 hours. Whenever they called to know the where about of the driver they kept changing stories. In the end my parent got one of the most overpriced bad quality flowers and a deformed/horrible tasting cake. If you are looking for a place to waste your money and time I would suggest you go for it.
