Hi All,

I ordered valentine's gift from the site "MYFLOWER TREE" on 14th Feb and the order was not delivered by them and no one even contacted me either via phone or email. I had tried to contact them on the customer care number many times, but their number was always busy. Then I tried to contact FB on the 17th of Feb where I asked them to refund my money and they sent the delivery.

I have refused to accept the order because I clearly told them I want the refund, not the order and the same has been told to the vendor delivery person. He connected me with the Myflower tree team, and I have said the same to them. But again, they said a refund is not possible and you only refused to accept the order.

They are total scammers and fake and I have done FIR against them on the Local police station and Cybercrime website.

ek baar order kar do with extra money uske baad aap bhul jaao order to deliver hone wala hai nahi...fraud hain ye koi company hai hi nahi ye... plz bilkul bhi trust na karna..balki bina kabhi order kiye bhi aap iske liye ek badiya sa review daal do to bhi koi dikkat nahi..jitne log bach sake inke fraud se utna accha

After reading reviews here i guess I'm scammed.

I had ordered a gift from Myflowertree on 14 Feb yesterday ( order ID 1153475) and the delivery was supposed to be done same day before 2100 hrs. Today is the second day and so far the delivery is not done. Customer care doesn't work, no way to get the status. Written complaints are not responded. I don't know whether it will ever be delivered or am I going to loose my money. There's is no way to get refund done. I have not seen such a horrific portal in my life and I regret as it has spoiled my day. By checking other reviews, now I am convinced that this is a fraud portal and need to be reported to the consumer court and law enforcement agencies.

I have placed two order yesterday and none of them delivered yet. They took extra Rs 99 for the same delivery for each order. Now the occasion is over , there is no point of receiving the order. so I went to the website to cancel my order and found that it dont provide any option to cancel the order, I reached out to customer care but none of them pick the phone. Its a pathetic experience and seems like a fraud company

I'm wondering whether this company has the right to do business. My first most regretful experience happened with this site yesterday 14th Feb and till now I don't know about the status of my order on 15th Feb. (order I'd 1150518). No help desk response and false email confirmations. Even no window to cancel the order. Pls think twice before placing any order on this site

Worst service. Ordered a plant and it was showing same day delivery. Even after that they took 98rs extra for same day delivery. Even after paying the amount, package was not delivered. And no response from cx service as well. My money is simply lost. No package, no response. They have opened the website just to loot people. Please never use this site. Thank you.

I had ordered from this site on valentines Day.. They did not deliver my order.. out of blue moon changed the date to next day. (although i paid extra for same day delivery). No tracking system.. No call centre.. They don't lift calls... Such a stupid site... Don't at all order from this site and waste ur money

yesterday is a valentine day and i ordered something for my wife from their website. and you should tell this nonsense to someone else that you and your delivery person are making excuses. if you have the address then why didn't you deliver it. i wanted to surprise my wife and you guys surprised me.
what to do with that parcel on the second day, it is a valentine gift from me to you and your team keep it and return my money to me.

There is no option of 0 star, that's why giving 1 star. Extremely bogus and pathetic gift delivery website.
Will never again order anything again from here.

Wrong order and wrong item delivered. Charged me more and never responded back. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. NEVER

Very very fraud and worst company took my money and didn't delivered the gift.. Pls be aware of such sites and report them and dont get into their trap

Ordered two vases. What was supposed to be delivered on the 27th was delivered on the 3rd next month. When the products came, the vases were shattered and the plants/flowers were rotting with a disgusting smell. I wasn't able to even open the packaging without cutting my hand on the glass shards and powders.

I wrote to customer service about this, and they reply a week later. I sent them the images I had taken but they suddenly started asking for more images from other angles. After I explained multiple times that it's been over a week since I threw away the garbage, they are telling me continuously that if I can't upload a new pic, I will not be sent a new piece/refunded.

This is a scam website, please do not put yourself through the trouble of dealing with this.

Ordered a cake for mum's birthday, got delivered after 2 days. Fake delivery message on the day. Rude response during delivery as well

It was the first time I placed an order on this site and to get my order delivered on the right place I had to issue two complaints one for the late delivery and other for the delivering guy Charging the extra amount for the delivery and insisting on paying the amount . This was highly unacceptable as my friend had to pay the amount to collect the delivery inspite of me paying the full amount in advance.

In the name of substitution policy they will give any cheap flowers to you. I ordered 20 yellow roses they gave me some 20 cheap flowers.

I argued with them many times but they didnt accept to send 20 yellow roses for which I paid for.

Ordered a truffle cake for express and time delivery. Received a chocolate cream cake, later than promised time and with no customisation whatsoever. Raised a ticket and got told minor variations are to be expected as some expert chefs handmake our cakes so it wont be similar to the photos show - which is understandable of course, but missing message, totally different decor, missing elements such as chocolate dust, ganache topping and truffle flavour altogether makes it a regular chocolate cake.

The so called chefs must know how a truffle cake is made vs how a regular cheap chocolate cake with loads of artificial flavouring, colouring and cheap ingredients is made.

They charge premium price, show premium products but supply very cheap local, not so fresh and of course wrong flavoured cakes!

Would not use them for family or friends, they will undoubtedly ruin your occasion

I have used my flower tree couple of times and their service is pathetic. I paid extra fixed time delivery charges so that my order could be delivered between 9-10am IST and at 11am also there was no update. The customer service number keeps ringing looks like no service team is there. Highly unprofessional site...

The "Impressive Red Blooms" were tiny, wilting on arrival and completely dead the following day. Their customer care response: "Our records indicate that your order is already delivered. Any complaint for the perishable products can not be raised after 24hrs from the delivery." Flowers for 24 hours only?
