SCAM

SCAM! Ordered for same day delivery and not delivered even after 24hrs. Moreover lied to me that the order was rescheduled as there employee met with an accident. Just waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Not to be trusted

Not to be trusted! We ordered for same day delivery but the order was never delivered. There is no way to contact them for support. The emails are always undelivered and WhatsApp messages remain unanswered. We made a dozen international calls and someone answered only once just to say that they do not have any information and to check our emails. No emails ever received and until today our order is still on the way! Looks like a scam machine...please DO NOT use this service.

This seems to be a fraudulent company

This seems to be a fraudulent company. I had ordered flowers for mothers day to sent to Chennai and the flowers were never delivered, despite a message saying they had been delivered. The emails to them bounce back and the phone line provided don't exist. In the initial messages they said the delivery was delayed so I made my mother who is 85 stay awake till 11.30, and she didn't get the gifts ultimately. Not to mention the money lost. Really upsetting...

Useless, don't order from here

I ordered a nice white roses bouquet as seen on their website for my Fathers death anniversary to deliver to my mum, instead they delivered some cheap Red roses. It was totally disrespectful to have this delivered for a funeral and totally annoyed. Wasted hours in getting in touch with their customer service and did not even refund. What a useless service and they are there only to disappoint customer. Do not waste your time and money on this website.

Delivery delay even when advance order was placed

Order was placed for (Pune city)4 days in advance yet delivery delayed, no ETA provided; customer service did not respond to query. Delivery was scheduled between 9 am to 12 pm.
It’s now 5 pm and no update from customer service, tracking is just showing delayed message from past few hours. I will never order from this place again.order ID 1283649

I ordered a cake for delivery on May…

I ordered a cake for delivery on May 11 in Pune for my parents anniversary! A day before mothers day! They consistently failed deliveries in the past and since they dont refund the money back to credit card for failed deliveries, they only issue refund back in their wallet. I had around Rs.1500 in the wallet and therefore again took a chance to order, they failed to deliver the items saying there was a landmark issue and phone was not reachable (an usual excuse by them always)
After 24 hours there was no re-delivery.
On 14th they responded to my complaint saying there would be redelivery but nothing came! Now its almost 6 days past the delivery date and they are asking for Rs.100 to redeliver an item that they failed to deliver at the first place! Fraud company! I am taking them to Consumer forum! This is the kind of service I have received consistently for most of the deliveries from them! My money is stuck with them and they are not ready to refund!

I order several items online and never have delivery issues at my address.

Ordered not delivered on occasion and made bad excuse to not refund money

Company did not deliver the order on mothers day as ordered. I asked them to cancel order and refund. They made a excuse that landmark was not found and delivered 2 days late anyways. For customers in US there are almost no ways to contact since their email address in not valid, their contact form doesn't really allow to complaint of order not received that day. Very poor experience. Will never use them.

Worst experience and felt like being scammed

I ordered a bouquet of rosé flowers for my mum and the delivery date was 12 May.
I am highly disappointed with your service and would never recommend it to anyone.
My mum received a pot plant, not a bouquet and it reached on 13 May. It is in such a bad state and my mum got angry with me for sending a pot in such a worst state. So sad!!!!!!!!!

Order not delivered for 15 hrs (and counting) on Mother's day

Ordered bunch of flowers for Mother's day at 8am with same day delivery. Delivery was between 6am to 9pm per their website and tracking. The order was not even started till 8pm. It's now past 10pm and no sign of the order. Customer call numbers are busy or non existent. Cannot request refunds. Don't order from here. Use local flower shop or Zomato or FnP instead. The owner should be ashamed of the service.

Birthday cake for mother

I ordered a birthday cake for my mother. They didn’t deliver it on the day of birthday and sent me an email confirmation that the item is delivered. when i made a complaint, next day evening a cake costing rupees 350 is delivered to my mother. The cake was bought from a bakery in my neighbouring town and delivered it to my mother. I had paid them Rs1590 for the cake and Rs350 for the delivery. This is unprofessionalism and fraudulent activity from your their end. Nothing more to tell those people; God bless you.

Myflowertree.com is a scam site. BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS!!!

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the services provided by this fraud company. I cannot believe that I fell victim to their scam and paid them the full amount of 1450 for a bouquet, small teddy bear, and chocolates. The company promised me a beautiful bouquet with a combination of lily flowers and roses, along with 15 chocolates that were supposed to be worth 50 rupees each.

However, when I received my order, I was shocked to see that the chocolates were of poor quality and were only worth 10 rupees each. When I complained to the company, they sent me another pack of the same cheap chocolates. This was not what I had paid for and I was extremely disappointed.

When I confronted the company about the poor quality of the chocolates and the missing lily flowers, they had the audacity to tell me that this was all I would get for the amount I paid. This is a clear case of fraud and false advertising. The company promised me something and delivered something completely different.

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and ethics shown by this company. They have no regard for their customers and are only interested in making a quick profit by scamming innocent people. It is unacceptable to cheat people out of their hard-earned money in this manner.

I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company and not fall for their false promises. They are scammers and will only disappoint you with their subpar products and services. I regret ever trusting them and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others to not make the same mistake.

In conclusion, this company is a fraud and should be shut down immediately. They have no place in the market and should not be allowed to continue deceiving people. I hope that the authorities take strict action against them and ensure that they do not continue to scam innocent customers.

DON'T deal with this company

Ordered flowers from overseas to deliver to an Indian friend. No delivery of flowers, no response from customer service, my money has gone down the drain it seems. Too bad I didn't check the reviews here first. Everyone giving one star here is absolutely right. DON'T deal with this company

Sent dead flowers instead of 36 fresh white flowers. I am taking them to the consumer court. Everyone who has a bad experience, feel free to reach out to me on facebook (Sara Alam) and we can get our money refunded plus make sure this company runs out of business
