Three years ago my son sold his house through MyHouseAdvert.co.uk (MHA) and recently persuaded me to use this company to sell mine.

It was the best piece of property advice I have ever had. My sale is going through as I write and I have saved over £7,300; a high street estate agent wanted £7500.

Adam & Kim are efficient, friendly, very professional and extremely helpful. They have provided excellent service and nothing was too much trouble.

After this experience I would never again use a high-street agent. MHA provides a 5 Star service but at less than 1 Star fees.

I did write a review on Sunday about not using this company as they took too much money from my bank account, this has now been resolved and I've received a full refund. I think the problem was a misunderstanding on both our parts. So would I recommend and use this company again.............YES I would, the only thing I would ask they do is talk to the customer and don't do everything through Email.

A few things went well and a few went wrong for us with this online agent..
Efficient in setting up the advert and getting it onto the market/
Customers said they found the booking system easy to do/
Adam and other personnel were quick to respond to queries/
Photographs were not great quality but gave the customers an idea of the location and surroundings (view onto open field, etc)/
The company took too much for the monthly rate, I had to keep chasing them up to get a refund for overpayment - it happened twice that I had to claim a refund - luckily I noticed the over-payment.
Sadly we didn't sell out house with this agent, but are now looking to put it on with another online agent.

Good communication always via phone or website; helpful and understanding staff - our sale has gone through smoothly at a fraction of what it would have cost using a traditional estate agent.

I think the best thing I can say about them is that they always responded to my communications very promptly, be they via online messages or telephone calls.
I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend their services.

After giving my house a makeover and de-clutter, I originally put it on the market with two High Street Agencies, neither produced any viewings in months.
So I did some research, switched to My House Advert, who sent out someone to take measurements and check over the house. If required, they can take photographs, and they are ready to help with any advice, but as a professional photographer, I preferred to use my own images and write my own description. . My House Advert produced far more viewings than the High Street Agencies ever had, they were friendly and helpful with advice and achieved a sale.
My solicitor was astonished that I had nothing more to pay the agency when we exchanged contracts, I didn't half feel smug when they told her!

After having a bad experience dealing with estate agents when purchasing my house. I approached the the sale of it with trepidation. But I have to say Myhouseadvert were excellent, it was a pleasure to use. At all the different touch points like email, using the online interface or speaking to someone in the office the tone was always personable and informative. Last Saturday we decided to use Myhouseadvert to sell our home. My husband was very unsure, only having used the 'standard high street estate agent'. We lost a "LOT" of money on our last sale & I wasn't going the same way again!
That said, I'd like to review this company BEFORE my home is sold. So, I'll say it as it is....
Saturday I rang MHA, & from then I have had nothing BUT excellent service. From the initial contact through to my queries, & posting my ad on their site. It should be up on rightmove within 24 hrs. But so far FANTASTIC service!

I have recently sold my house with myhouseadvert.co.uk and I am very happy with the experience. The house sold for the full asking price (265000) after 2 weeks and my advertising costs amounted to around £250 in total. An absolute bargain.

I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others.

I was pleasantly suprised by the efficiency and value offered by this company. I liked the websites simple visual layout and instructions for updating and ammending the images and description.
Did not speak in person much but when I did they were courteous and professional - but down to earth. I actually preferred the clarity of instant texts and emails than the frustrating delays that we often encounter with many high street estate agents. We have saved several thousand pounds with MyHouseAdvert and the service was excellent. Accepting that you do the viewings yourself and a proportion of the contact is via email to the agents, this is a small comprimise to make for the savings.

We mostly dealt with Kim who was excellent. Ours was not the easiest of sales, not through any fault of MyHouseAdvert, yet she remained patient and understanding. Numerous messages to and from out buyer were dealt with without issue.

If you don't mind doing some of the legwork yourself to save what is a considerable amount of money then I recommend giving MyHouseAdvert a try.

I can only praise myhouseadvert. From start to finish their service was fantastic.
I took the option of £70 a month for the first 3 months. In the end it cost me £140 to sell a house that should have cost £1900 with a high street agent.
I was informed of every thing that was happening and they were true to their word. The control panel for viewings etc is easy to use and so much more efficient to organise than having to take phone calls. I would recommend this company to anyone selling or buying.

I can honestly say after researching online estate agents thoroughly, I picked an online estate agent feeling slightly nervous. With my house advert, the outlay is tiny. The service is honestly unbelievable. the communication is better than a highstreet estate agent.

They were excellent at every level. These are the online estate agents to use above them all. I just could not fault them. Our contact ((name)) was on the ball, communicated at every level, so helpful and brilliant.
