Its easy to put your property up with myhouseadvert, and you can add your own photographs as you see fit. Managing viewings in the on line calender is easy, and as you conduct the viewings you can establish a direct relationship with interested buyers to smooth out the sales process and manage time lines and expectations.

So much better value than a high street agent. I saved approximately £900 on sales fees.

MyHouseAdvert has worked well for us selling our house in less than 3 months from initial advert to completion. This is a value for money service, basically giving you access to Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.. If you are prepared to take your own photos, deal with viewings, etc then I recommend it. I believe it saved over £2k for us compared to using a traditional agent. The website worked well; descriptions, photos, etc easily processed and viewing notifications were excellent.

We were originally quoted £2100 to sell my apartment using a local estate agent.

In order to test the market we searched the Internet for on-line estate agents and came across myhouseadvert and liked the range of options for selling and their associated fees.

Within 36 hours of sending through my request, not only had a photographer been to take photos and take measurements, but it was on-line with rightmove, and other on-line property search sites.

Using the on-line diary availability service meant we could easily specify when we would be free to show any potential buyers.I had an enquiry within the first 2 days and had an offer 2 days later (all of which was done on-line).

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending myhouseadvert and it saved us over £1600 in comparison to the local estate agent, and to be honest don't most people rely upon the Internet and sites such as rightmove when interested in buying?

If I had any suggestions to make myhouseadvert 5*+ it would be for them to call or email every week or so after the offer had been made to offer any assistance in chasing the buyer or their solicitor (but that's just a minor thing - as I said previously when I asked them to chase they didn't hesitate and they came back quickly with information).

Although you do have to do the write-up for the advert yourself, my strong advice would be to search for similar properties and just copy, paste and edit the information to suit your needs.

I've no intention of moving for many years but would I use myhouseadvert again? Yes, without hesitation.

The future way to sell your house. You are in control but guided by the My House Advert System, with help when needed. You need to use email and the computer that's all. You can take your own photos if you prefer, which we did and write your own text. Rightmove etc do the other 99%. We sold £700,000 in 3 weeks. Don't be bamboozled by the "traditional" agents who need to stop asking 1% for something essentially similar. Things have changed.

This was the second time that I had used Myhouseadvert, the first was for my own property which was sold with no hassle then last week I sold my Mothers house through them. Utilising MyHouseAdvert seemed a bit of a gamble, based upon all of the traditional agents saying that they all have extensive databases of potential clients and large advertising and customer footfall. In reality the advertising via Rightmove and other websites was much the same and the 'extensive customer databases' didn't generate much in the way of interest. What seemed to help us was having a board outside the house which enabled potential customers to directly call. The MyHouseAdvert board led to the actual sale, saving us a substantial amount of money. Communication with the solicitor is a bit limited and it means more co-ordination yourself, but we'll worth the saving. I would thoroughly recommend MyHouseAdvert for any house sale, but use a board!

I used MyHouseAdvert to sell my property in Doncaster. I’d read the reviews and thought I’d give it a shot! So pleased I chose MHA. There wasn’t much difference between all of the online agents, I just preferred to pay monthly. I paid 4 months in total, which was about £280 including VAT. Providing viewings can be a pain, but you can manage your availability via an online calendar which was helpful.

We put our property in Broomhill, Sheffield up for sale on MyHouseAdvert in August 2014. We had several viewings and the property sold in less than one month. Following an initial discussion, our property was on MyHouseAdvert and all the main sites including Rightmove and Zoopla within a couple of days and we had viewings booked in almost immediately.

We had the ability to update the online viewing timetable to select the dates and times we were available for viewings to be booked in. Those interested could access the calendar and book a slot to suit. When a booking was made online, we received a text and email with the viewer’s details. We showed all bookings around our property and this in our opinion worked well as they could ask more in-depth questions if necessary.
