Overall we were pleased with the Myhouseadvert online service. Our house sold in three weeks and the cost was very competitive saving £1200 compared to the local estate agents. Communication was good. Whilst the service does offer to take the photos and write the description we felt they were of a poor quality so uploaded our own. This was easier to do than I initially thought. We bought the for sale sign at the cost of £30 which can only be put In a window as not weather proof so I wouldn't bother. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone who has basic computer skills.

Great service and a 'no brainier' compared to high street estate agents who ( in our area at least) proved to be uninterested, incompetent and hard to reach out if office hours).
As long as you are happy to host viewings, organise them through the agent by email, your personal secure online portal and text ( very convenient), this is great. We were quoted around 2,500 by high street estate agents (% basis) but paid around 400 to myhouseadvert got, in my view, much the same if not better service. Would fully recommend and use again.

We were so impressed with the service from my house advert , everything was 100% , viewings came straight through to email/texts, could always speak to someone, help with negotiations, advice on the property all that an estate agency should be but at a fraction of the price. You even get feedback within 24 hours of people viewing your property. Staff were very efficient and called when they said they would and helped us every step of the way. We have recommended them and would never use an estate agency again.

When I read their advert, I thought it was too good to be true, but ...nothing-to-lose-give-it-a-try. I was bowled over. Easy to set up. Wonderful photos and, within three or four days, an offer above the market price. The only difference between this company and conventional estate agencies, (apart, of course from the price which is a minuscule fraction) is that you yourself show prospective buyers your property . Well, who knows your property better than yourself?
They were professional, instantly contactable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I have absolutely no reservations about whole-heartedly recommending this company.

I thought the website was very professional but I still needed a bit of convincing which is exactly what I got after calling and chatting to the staff. All you have to do is right up your own sales details, I just copied the already laid down formula presented by the estate agents on these sites.
