Be careful of this crook company! They sent refund back to my email address which never registered with PayPal and claimed that they already refunded! They knew that this transaction didnt get through and got a bounced back email since this address is not existing in PayPal!
I never got the refund! So be far away from this company!

Sorry I had to give them 1 star as they are really worth zero. I closed my account and they still keep sending me spam saying there is damaging information about me.

Post that I have a negative review on my reputation but wouldn't give me any information without my having to pay them.

There should be fines and penalty's for a company like this. They publish lies and slander reputations. If you don't believe me, check out some of the most wonderful people you know and see for yourself what it says about them and their so called reputation score.
SHAME ON YOU MYLIFE ! !

I paid for an acct. thru the website, tried to access info that was promised i could access with a paid subscription, was not able to see any more info than what you see with no subscription! Checked to make sure the subscription had cleared my bank acct. It had. I checked again over the next several days and still couldnt access info that they guaranteed i could access. Finally called to cancel subscription and ask for a refund. CSR was rude to me, tried to constantly speak over me and didnt listen or possibly comprehend the reason for my call. Then see had the nerve to try to sell me more! I reported her to her supervisor, who in my opionion was no more compent than the CSR! I did eventually receive a full refund. They continue to send me emails, even after i requested to be removed from their mailing list. They dont even deserve 1 star! I do not recommend accessing their website for any info, they say you can correct any false info, even without a subscription, but that is untrue.

Same ol bait and switch. FYI you only get 3 Profile views per month with a subscription.

Deceptive sales pitch to become a member.
The site will 1st display somewhat accurate information followed with erroneous data.
If you continue with your search, after what seems to be > 1 minute or so, you will have to make a decision to join (give credit card #) to view the report.
Red flag.
My advice, stop in your tracks.

What BS. I looked up my own name and they have me affiliated with names of people I do not know. Do not trust this site. They should be sued for lies and disinfo.

This company is a scam. They took money from my account before within 1 day of trying their trial period. They refunded the $2.00 they charged me for the trial but still have not refunded the $150.00 they charged me for their crappy services. Just like others have said, their information is incorrect, not sure where they get their info. All I want is my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. They already have quite a few

This website is full of inaccurate information about myself, my spouse, my children and other family members. DON'T trust it. The social score is a joke and they don't tell you anywhere how they arrive at your social scores. I would give this website ZERO stars but this review site requires at least one star so I'm stuck with that rating.

Horrible company that STOLE my money!! I was charged despite having one more day left to cancel. Getting a hold of someone there is impossible. They steal your money and never return your messages! The service wasn't even good, you couldn't search anyone other than the original person you searched. AND It kept assuming I was the person that I was searching and referring to me as that person. The person I searched should have been on the sex offender list but shows nothing, most of this crap is a joke, they don't have all the information they claim. They have incorrect information and they steal your money, stay away from these scamming thieves!

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT give the crooks at MyLife.com a single cent of your money. They bait users to pay for more information by insinuating that upstanding citizens are criminals. They slander everyone's name to try and make a buck. The Federal Trade Commission filed a lawsuit against MyLife.com in 2020.

It's horrible do not let them bill you the dollar they billed me the dollar for the trial twice and then a $100 after I already canceled Then I had to jump through every hoop in India to even get a refund not sure that it's even getting refunded may still have to call my bank what a waste of my time. And then she tried to give me a sales pitch when I told her I didn't want anything but a refund she hung left on me.

First, they had twice the income I actually get. Second, they named 2 individuals I am supposed to know well, but I never heard of them. Third and worst, I sent them an email asking for a correction, but they never replied (they said they reply within 48 hours). After 48 hours, I sent another email and got another 'confirmation', but days later, NO REPLY. I bet they want me to pay them to answer, but I read from others that MyLife is a SCAM.

The ABSOLUTE worst I've ever dealt with! Absolutely dishonest company. The "product" didn't work and what info I did get was more than 10 years old! I'm trying to get a refund ... fat chance. I'll be in touch with my bank first thing Monday morning! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute worst as company I've dealt with they said they would give me a refund of $54 and still haven't whenever I tried to cancel my subscription days before that and they still withdraw money from my account that was back on August 6th August 9th was when the money was removed and it is now August 19th and still no word they're horrible they are rip off and you can't even search for other people you just can see the information you already know about yourself over and over and then they don't even have all the right information about yourself

REALLY BAD! this website literally is filled with robbers and money wanters. They make you wait through a ton of loading just to bring you to a pay screen. DO NOT PAY THEM!

Do not give these people a dime. Cancelled after they took 2 bucks instead of 1 and removed my card the next day, and somehow they still have my info and are trying to charge my card. Someone made an account on me with false information for a court case due to guardianship. These people are really somethin else. Ruined my reputation lost my case and I have to order a new card now as someone has my info apparently in their pocket. I have also wrote 3 times with never an answer back from member support. Huge scam here. Contacting BB next.
