Delivery fee
I do not understand how could Box Now delivery cost 5 eur when it costs normally 1 or 2 eur at other companies and it is the cheapest possible way to ship something. It feels like a big disadvantage that made me cut off my order at the beginning or not trust they provide the correct fees for deliveries.

Pre-workout shot is great, literally dont go to the gym without it. MP has great bargains on some turnover stuff and I like to shop regularly and restock the stuff I like. 4 out of 5, because sometimes I get stuff I dont like at all.

Fair pricing
Fair pricing. Excellent products. Fast delivery. One issue but it's not a big deal. I added a meal replacement and it showed up in my basket. it pushed my order into free delivery. but somehow it didn't show up in my bill or my confirmation email, yet it still gave me the free delivery even if I was under the total, so nothing negative just a website issue. The company is still amazing and for what they stand for.

Couldn’t pay with my trading 212 card and return process is not good
Couldn’t pay with my trading 212 card where I have cashback.
Edit: MyProtein have a great customer service and have already contacted me to resolve the issue
Edit 2 (18.04.2026): Return process is awful for me. Return form does not work for my order number and email. I write to them for support and they send me the return form link again. Then after another email, they send me another return form from which I can see there is no DHL office in my town so I should travel to another town in a work day only to return the parcel and this will cost me an off day and about 7 euro which I consider too much for an order above 100 euro. OR there is the other option to arrange return myself which I suppose is even more expensive...
