Overall, the products seem great, but the shipping experience could definitely be improved.
Three days after placing my order, the package still hasn't been handed over to the courier company. Based on my previous experience, this is not the courier's fault—they have always delivered my parcels quickly and very flexibly.
I also found the delivery options quite limited. Only a few parcel lockers in inconvenient locations were available, otherwise home delivery was the only option. Since flexible delivery wasn't enabled by the seller, it wasn't possible to redirect the parcel after dispatch either.
For a purchase at this price point, I would expect faster order processing and more flexible delivery options. I hope this will improve in the future.

Round 2: Still failing to ship my product

This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.
As I mentioned previously, it appears that no additional investigation, effort, or corrective action has been taken regarding this case.
I have attached the failing shipment document again, which is exactly the same as the one provided before. Based on the current handling of the issue, it seems that we are simply repeating the same process that already led to the previous failed delivery.
What concerns me most is that I have yet to see any meaningful action aimed at actually resolving the problem. Instead, the response has mainly consisted of offering small amounts of credit, which unfortunately does not address the underlying issue. I am not looking for compensation tokens; I am looking for a solution and generosity.
Could you please take ownership of this case and explain what concrete steps are being taken to ensure that this shipment does not encounter the same issues as before? After months of delays, repeated communication, and ongoing inconvenience, I believe this is a reasonable expectation.
At this point, the experience is becoming worse rather than better, and my confidence in the process continues to decline.
I would appreciate a clear update on how this matter will be resolved.

Delivery problem
I executed a high cost order at 27th of july. Since then nothing happened except an email which says that my order have not sent yet. My previous orders were delivered within 1 week or so. I find this really outrageous that nothing happaned since the email...

Drawn out customer service ping pong but we got there in the end.
I had a frustrating experience with Myprotein after a discount appeared in my basket but was not reflected in the final amount charged.
The issue took far too many messages to resolve and was repeatedly misunderstood by first-level support. I was told various things that did not address the actual complaint, including that no discount had been applied, that screenshots were required, that the order could not be changed, and that I should use the returns process. I had repeat myself with every reply I made and was greeted by a different person each time.
Eventually the matter was escalated to Ben in Customer Relations, who reviewed the issue and refunded the difference. I appreciate that Ben resolved it in the end, but the process to get there was far more difficult than it needed to be.
My main suggestion would be to improve how pricing and discount disputes are handled. If a customer says the basket price and final charged amount were different, support should review the order, promotion, timing, and checkout issue directly rather than passing the customer between different agents or treating it as a standard discount/order-change request.
Positive final outcome, and I appreciate the refund, but the customer service process really needs improvement.
