Jelikož jste Vaši objednávku umístil z host účtu,nevidím, jestli jste nás kontaktoval přímo z nějakého jiného účtu nebo ne, protože žádnou zprávu od Vás nemáme. Co se týká objednávky tak pod sledovacím číslem od DPD vidím, že byla doručena a DPD má přímo fotku, kam tuto zásilku doručilo a píše, že byla Vámi podepsána.
Prosím kontaktujte nás prostřednictvím online účtu, abysme toto pro Vás mohli vyřešit.

I was happy with my order
I am perfectly happy with this brand. I ordered their products multiple times via 3rd party distributors in the Czech Republic, and I was always delighted. Their whey protein (stevia sweetened) was tasty and easy to prepare every time.
A few months back, I had the pleasure to order from their official store (Myprotein Czech). Unfortunately, my protein got damaged in delivery, and when I opened the package, it was unusable, and I had to throw it out. I have contacted the company support, and the matter got solved within a few working days - they sent me a new package, which came out to be okay. I'm giving credit where credit is due - the damaged packaging wasn't their fault, and they solved this issue fast. I will order from them again!

Awful experience
Awful experience. Due to e-shop error messages I had to repeat payment of order. I finished 1 order, but they made 3 payments! Customer service is extremely bad. I read reviews that I am not only one having the problems. I do NOT recommend this e-shop.
