I would like to thank you for the positive word about the transportation time and we are happy to hear that. We want to achieve the shortest possible delivery time for our customers. Usually we ship the item the same day it is ordered (if it is on stock) and customers gets their order 2-3 working days later.
Yes the Post amount is 39 SEK if you take ordinary Post mail, or 59 SEK if you choose package with track and trace. This is standard that most of the Online stores in Sweden are using, more or less. Some shops have free shipping over some shopping amount, but we can only say how we are working. I am sorry but this is the Post Sweden charging fee.
Sorry to hear that the products are so and so. I hope that you, eventually, will become happy and satisfied with them once you get used to them. Our products are of good quality, but if it happens that you are not happy with something you can always do a reclamation.
