Don't repair your phone with this company.
I used their service once in the past for another phone and it seemed to work ok so I sent my Samsung S7 to fix a cracked glass but with functional display. They charged about 180EUR for replacing the entire display.
It took a long time to get the phone repaired as several times they claimed they couldn't find the phone and that I had shipped it the wrong way. I checked with the shipping service and they said I had shipped it correctly and when presented with a receipt My Trendy Phone suddenly found the phone again, this happened twice.
Got the phone back after 3-4w being "disappeared". The packaging they sent the phone back in was not very good, it was wrapped in a rather thin padded letter in a small hard box, did not look sufficient to protect it, almost like they wanted it to break in shipping.
The display wasn't turning on and they had been really rough in the repair scratching up the home button a lot, there was also lots of glue residue visible in the seams where the screen sits. It looked like a rushed job. I sent the phone back again to repair the screen.
Same procedure, phone was lost for a week or two until I mailed them about it, got it back a week later. Now it works but home button is spongy when pressed and they scratched up the sides of the display glass and the little speaker on the front now has metal showing where paint has been scratched off.
I don't recommend this company for repairing your Samsung, it's not worth it. I suggest you go with some other official phone repair company even if it is more expensive.
I don't know what to do with this phone now, it was brand new when I dropped it on the display, not a single scratch. But now I don't feel like using it as it's all scratched up and annoying to use and I probably won't be able to sell it.
Edit ( I'm updating this to a three star rating as MyTrendyPhone customer service contacted me and has been fairly accommodating and acknowledged there was a problem with their service, which is more than most companies do. I was also offered some compensation for the shipping costs due to having to ship the phone several times.)

I can completely understand your dissatisfaction with our service and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by our repair service.
It is sad to hear that you had to send your phone 2 times and that it took so long time.
The repair itself does not take long time, but it is shipping to our workshop and back to you that takes a couple of days. You have received an email notification that we have received your device in Solna. All devices are shipped from Solna to our repair department where we have our own workshop and do repairs. Therefore, you have received two emails about the receiving.
On the website it is written that we repair within 2-5 business days after receiving the device at our technical department. This means after receiving the device at the repair department.
But in your case i can see that it took extra long time.
Phone was never lost and found but there has been problem picking it up from Schenker.
28.9 we have received phone on our technical department and it has been repaired and sent back to you 1.9 after 4 days.
And i apologize once again if has been damaged more during the repair and not well packed.
I will check again the whole case with our technical department once again, see if there is anything we can do and get back to you.

MyTrendyPhone.se is a nice website that provides you many different things. I have been shopping at this website since past 3 years and products are at affordable prices. Delivery is also quite quick and the product reaches your address inside Sweden in +/- 4/5 days.
The good thing about this website is some nice video tutorials that help a lot if you are repairing your smartphone for the first time. You also get many choices of products to choose from their catalogue. I enjoyed shopping with them and the experience had been great so far.
