If I could rate it zero stars I would. Ordered a watch strap on 27th November, payment was taken the same day. Advised delivery within 48 hours. It hadn’t been received 2 weeks later, I sent a message via their webpage and had a response saying the ticket had been logged and a representative would be in contact within 7 days. No contact received. No email address or telephone contact details available. I have since sent a further 8 messages and had no response but receive weekly marketing emails from them! Absolute scam. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Do not buy from here. Currently awaiting refund from the bank and advised they are a scam Website.

Avoid this company ordered 3 watch straps only got 1 no way of contacting them regarding this so just prewarning anyone who’s thinking of ordering DONT!!!

Ordered a watch strap at Christmas. Just like the other review, I was expected it to take some time because of the holiday period. And it's been nearly 3 months now. No communication. Nothing. I'm making one last attempt to contact them and then I'm reporting them to Trading Standards and Shopify (Their site is a Shopify store)

Horrendous company. Ordered in January and no product, no communication. Complete fraudsters

I ordered a strap in November, which hadn’t arrived before Christmas, it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted the company and I received an acknowledgment to my email with a link to a portal that I was unable to access. I received no reply to my next email informing them of this and as yet no refund. They still have the front to be sending me marketing emails though. I only wish I had checked the reviews prior to shopping with them. Lesson learnt. Please don’t waste your money.

Purchased a strap which arrived damaged. Sent 2 emails about this and the company has not responded.

Would not recommend or use!

Have taken my order on 25/12 taken my money. No delivery order still in pending. No answers to any emails or contact, joke of a company. Do not use wish I'd of seen the reviews before I ordered.

Worst possible experience of online shopping I have ever had. Months without delivery, one contact from support after many emails which resulted in nothing but a promise to send it out right way. That was Nov. 13. today is Jan 26th. These are as close to thieves as I have ever encountered online.

Been chasing non delivery of order placed 4/12 /23 mailed and had no response 5 times.
Worse company I have ever had dealings with. DO NOT USE. Take your money promise you quick service then you can’t get in touch with them

They take your order collect your money, and then don't deliver the goods. Chased several times, but no response. No phone number to call and all the support email address does is log a ticket which doesn't get answers.

Please save your time and most of all money and buy from another more reputable company.

Ordered on 24 December, delivery shows 2-4 days but nothing has been received. I’ve tried to contact them via email a number of time and no response. I would avoid this company.

Product ordered on 28th of December and still not arrived, said 2-3 days delivery. order shows as processing. Have emailed multiple times with no response. Awful company

Awful company. Faulty goods received and company ignore all correspondence. Bizarrely I have left reviews when they have requested feedback but these never appear on their website. They hand pick the five star reviews to publish and ignore the rest. Wouldn't purchase anything from these again. Still not replaced my faulty goods.

Clearly a scam, as I can see from other reviews. Multiple times trying to make contact and nothing! I ordered 16th of December and nothing. I will be reporting and contacting the bank to get my money back.

Order placed before christmas and advised of delivery within 3-5 days. Nothing arrived and no response to email contact following up. Have tried contacting 4 times now and they do not even get back to you. Online chat also doesn't work. However they are still peppering me with marketing emails. This business is a scam. Do not use.

I had 1 watch strap from these people. It was ok except that it was for a smaller watch. I thought I would get another one for my Ultra but although I payed for it in November and I have opened 2 support tickets the last one 3 weeks ago I have had NOTHING from them.
