Wheres my order? Ordered on 28th December. Still not been dispatched, emailed customer services... No reply... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Shocked to see the other reviews and like others wish I had checked here first. Ordered a strap previously about 6 months ago with no issues which led me to believe the company was reputable. However, placed a second order on 12th December 2023 for second strap and this has not arrived. Money was taken from my bank account the next day after ordering then no communication despite contacting the company multiple times by email about the order.

Wish I’d checked here first. Nothing to add to the comments below about orders not arriving/emails ignored.

AWFUL. Purchased a strap before the 2pm cut off for next day delivery. A week later it still hasn’t been dispatched. No response to emails or live chat.
Will be going through my bank to get my money back and will order another strap from a proper, reputable company.
One for Trading Standards.

Scammers!! Never received my order and didn’t receive a response back to any emails

Strap fell apart within two weeks. Sent numerous attempts to contact via chat and email to request a resolution and heard absolutely nothing.
I would not recommend them, disgraceful attitude to Customer service and gives business a bad name.

Giving 1 star is generous. Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and do not send your item. They refuse to answer any correspondence. No direct number to speak with anyone. Now requesting refund. contacting trading standards about this company they are stealing our money. DO NOT BUY HERE

Very disappointed This co took payment twice for same item and I received nothing despite sending several emails

Ordered from this company after having a previous positive journey however have been let down just like other customers. Part of the order has been received however no update to what had happened to the remaining item. Multiple attempts to contact the company via chat and email however no response. Now I’m attempting to claim the money back from my card provider. AVOID!!

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. I ORDERED A WATCH STRAP ON 19th NOVEMBER IN GOOD FAITH. STILL WAITING DESPITE SEVERAL POLITE EMAIL ENQUIRIES ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE THEY STOP TRADING.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM OR REFUND - SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND NO RESPONSE. £60 LOST!

Ordered £32 worth of straps on 12 Nov which have not arrived (today 21st). I have emailed several times and used the online contact form chasing the order but no reply.
Please save your money and do not order from them.
I will be contacting Trading Standards and BBC Watchdog. There is plenty of evidence from the poor reviews on here for action to be taken.

UPDATE 1/12/23...finally managed to get a refund. I told the owner Martyn he should check the reviews on this site to see how others are angry about the service but he advised me they don't monitor these because anyone can leave them even if not a real customer

Like others, I should have looked at reviews before buying. Item was never delivered. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE

Ordered and heard absolutely nothing from the company despite numerous emails. Finally received item after 2 months of chasing after requesting a refund and advising I was instigating a legal route. One star is too generous. Save your money and go elsewhere.

What can I say ? I should have looked at reviews ! After looking at straps I decided to buy two as delivery meant to be two to three days , however delivery was more like 3 to 4 weeks ! What a joke ! Now after waiting 3 to 4 weeks the parcel arrived to find that the straps were absolute rubbish the quality was poor and they did not fit very well at all ! So there in post for return !

Ordered a watch strap 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. They ignore all emails terrible service.

This Company is a con merchant as I brought a watch strap for £30 took it out to try and don’t see how otherwise you will know it’s right. Retuned the item as not correct size heard nothing for 2 weeks so contacted them.

Was then told as opened for hygiene refund been refused never heard this anywhere before. Absolute disgrace just making sure not lose out.

Awful awful. I have not received the strap I ordered and all the company do is ask again and again what the issue is. The issue is you are crap.
