This company is CON!! Didn’t receive my strap. No one replied to my emails. Sent about 10 no one replied to the chat either.
So no strap, no refund and ZERO correspondence.
RIP OFF. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid!

If I could give no stars I would. Do not use this company they are absolute cowboys. I ordered a stainless steel loop band and it was only sent to me after I raised an indemnity with my bank, after not having received the item or any response from them. When the item arrived, it is very poor quality, and inadequately packaged. Utter, utter crap. I got one from Coconut Lane which is much better quality and I paid less for it, so go there instead!

Scam- bought straps - they dint arrive and they ignore your emails

Terrible quality rubbish. Save yourself the annoying expense of this company’s useless products. They fall apart very quickly and are not fit for purpose.

Order placed, money sent, no product received, no response to communications. Avoid this company it is a scam.

A complete scam! Do not use. Paid for an expensive watch strap and express delivery. It never arrived, no response to countless emails and no phone number available. Very angry and disappointed. As far as I can see no way of investigating or compensation…

Do not even bother ordering from this company. Placed an order 2 months ago and still not received it or had any reply back from numerous emails. Will be getting my bank involved to get this sorted.

I wish i had checked here before my order, feedback awful. Ordered my strap 9 days ago with no details as to when it will arrive. Same as the other reviews saying ticket received but no response. Sounds like this company/website needs closing down.

Have tried sending emails & chat form but no one answers.
I wish I had read other reviews as clearly they are just scamming people out of money.
NEVER BUY FROM MY WATCH STRAP!!!

I find it outrageous that I received an email to ask for a review of the watchstrap that I paid for and has never turned up. They are sending me email advertising all the time but ignore my requests for a refund or to send the product I paid for.

Paid for a watch strap July 2023. No reply to my email & no watch. A scam!

Never received my £25 order never received my refund never received any response. ABSOLUTE SCAM I wish I checked reviews before purchasing. WHY HASNT THIS COMPANY BEEN BLACKLISTED

So disappointed. I used them to buy myself 2 watch straps and had a great experience last year. So didn’t think anything of making another purchase for a gift. Bought again 2 straps but only one turned up. There is no number you can call and no one is answering my complaint ticket. I’m even receiving emails from them asking for a review. This issue has been going on since March - outrageous!!

Ordered a watch strap with next day delivery, came a day later than expected. No response to emails or live chat. Sent another email just now as my strap has broken after two wears. Not expecting a response, but PLEASE do not waste your money here.

After no response to multiple more e-mails, livechats etc went through klarna and got my money back. They were sending marketing e-mails and not replying to my query, and updating their blog. There's obviously someone there though because they have the time to request more info for this review! If you'd have just spoken to me about my order and not ignored every single contact you'd have got a higher rating from me - seriously just have better customer service and answer queries and you wouldn't have this many bad reviews?

Possibly the worst company I've ever bought from.

Edit 2 - now changed their name on Trustpilot from mywatchstrap to The Watch Strap. Oh my god - anything to get out of being honest and decent.

Edit 3 - instead of responding to emails and queries they're now saying to trustpilot I've got the wrong company, oh my god. Do you know if you'd just resolved the issue in the first place I'd have updated my review and probably given you five stars for the resolution. Not you guys in your scam era <3 actually creasing as well the names changed back again to my watch strap.

Ordered 2 straps from them. Waited a week or two and nothing arrived. No response to emails. Ended up claiming money back via my bank. Avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT USE!! SCAM!

Placed an order 22/8/23 no dispatch update despite delivery time of 2-3 days. No contact number, email only which they do not answer. They have no company number stated (which is illegal) nowhere to be seen when searching for the company via gov.U.K.
Have reported this scam to the bank, requested chargeback and reported to trading standards.

Customer service and delivery times is bad. I made an order and got confirmation it will be delivered within 2-3days but I haven’t received it. No one answers the emailed enquiries. I checked the tracking on their webpage and it came not shipped.

Dnt use them. Dnt answer e mails tell you delivery date and dnt stick to them.

Looking at other reviews bad, how do they get away with trading its time something was done about these companies trading.

I ordered a strap for my I watch on 30th July still haven’t received it . Sent an email to customer services over two weeks ago still no reply no customer service number to ring . I reported it to my bank as I was unsure if it was a scan and within two days my watch strap was delivered !!!!
