Avoid purchasing from this company, you never receive your order! I placed an order in June, I have sent two emails and I have received no order and no response! Highly disappointed as you can’t even get into contact with them for a refund!! 100% Avoid

They are fraudsters and crooks. Purchased a watch strap in January. The strap never arrived. Have written to them numerous times, with no response. The only response I ever got, was when I demanded a refund, and they said they can only authorise a refund when I return the strap (that never arrived!!!). Do not touch them with a barge pole. A complete scam.

Ordered from this company in June and my order still hasn’t arrived! Customer service is non existent with only an automated response. Do not part with your money!

I think this company has gone bust, except I can find nothing to that effect on line. I ordered from them but never received the goods and have only ever received automated responses.

I never received the item, didn’t receive any communication from the seller. Managed to get a refund back via my bank. Do not order from this company

I paid £24 for a watchstrap which I never received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. Wrote 3 times to complain and had no response at all.

Ordered straps previously from them with no issues. But made an order on 16.07.2023 and nothing.. no response on emails, instagram or anything. It’s disgusting

Has now been 10 months since order - no item - no refund despite requests - no morals - but somehow seem to keep trading.

I Will keep posting reviews on regular basis and hope the numerous other customers who are in the same boat will do the same - please all affected complain to trading standards otherwise nothing will be done about this

Placed an order on 19th July. Still not received and no response to emails or online chat

If I could I would not give this company ANY stars. I have been waiting over five weeks for a strap that has never turned up.
I want my money back but more importantly I cannot understand how Trust Pilot can verify them as a genuine company when they are obviously frsudsters who take your money and never deliver the goods ordered.
Despite chafing them for my order all I got was a ticket investigating my complaint which has no genuine tracking number and the company cannot be contacted direct.

Still waiting for my order, purchasd almost 5 weeks ago with 24 hour delivery. Absolutely no reply from customer service. Don’t ever use this company!

Purchased a leather strap for my Apple Watch 7 but it started to disintegrate after just 3 months. When I contacted them for a full refund, they asked me to send it to them for inspection but I had to pay the postage!! ( I think this is the ploy they use )They sent a replacement strap but from the very beginning, I have been requesting for a full refund as the item was sold as a premium quality leather strap & did not last as long as it intended for. In their recent email they said there is a wear and tear of the strap but the strap is meant to use daily and expected to last at least 1-2 years. They will not enter in to any further correspondance as per their latest email. So I am stuck with a poor quality leather strap for which I paid £44.10 + postage of £5.30 for INSPECTION !!!. Very poor quality product, poor customer service. Think twice or thrice before anyone consider purchasing any product from this company.

Order placed in December 2022. Chased multiple times with no reply. Gave up on this and purchased a strap elsewhere. This order was then received out of the blue in July 2023.

Cheap quality and very expensive compared to same products on Amazon.

Never received my order tried to contact them 4 times no reply avoid at all cost.

The watch strap broke within the first day of me using it. It was a Milanese band for iWatch.

The magnet fell out completely rendering it useless.

No response from the company in a week, so not only is their product poor, their services are too.

Purchased a watch strap for my apple watch, order received and with in a matter of weeks, the strap broke. I was unable to get any response via the online chat and after sending emails to the support email, I never received any rersponse. Would not recomend as the after sales supprt is zero

I should have read the reviews! Order on the 26th of May and got a confirmation email & have had no response back. I have emailed multiple times & contacted via Instagram with no luck. Just AVOID.
