AVOID!! I ordered a strap 7/5/23, 2-3 days expected delivery. Strap didn’t turn up so I emailed 23/5/23 and had the automated response that I would be contacted within 7 days, but no one contacted me. I emailed a second time and received the same automated response, so I followed the link to track your query, which led to a website you can’t access. Scammers.

Terrible company, ordered a strap, two weeks with no contact from them. Unable to call and they don’t reply to messages via email or Facebook. Had to go though my bank to get my £39 back. Steer clear!!

I am still awaiting a refund after six…
I am still awaiting a refund after six weeks and 4 emails with only the automated reply. I ordered the wrong size initially so had to send back which I did with signed for delivery. I re ordered the right size and this came quickly and to be honest I’m happy with it but still no sign of my refund on the first order. I have sent proof of posting to no avail. Not good customer service at this company but if you read this my order number is 23569, I won’t hold my breath and this is tantamount to theft tbh.

Cannot believe the audacity of this company. Failed to supply my order so I got my bank involved and obtained a refund. The Company are now contacting me to supply a review for their website……. For goods I never even received! I emailed them back last week and asked if they were joking and to remove my details from their database. Today I get another email asking to do a review! Shocking!

Placed an order on the 4th of May. Shipping terms is 2-3 days but 3 weeks later still no updates or estimated delivery.

The same awful experience as the rest of people that have been scammed by this company. I’ve ordered two watch straps that never arrived. They do not reply to any type of correspondence and obviously they are just a fraudulent company that will take your money and won’t provide the items.
