Update: Order never received (been over a month, all emails ignored yet still sending marketing emails!). Money claimed back via my bank who thankfully were very helpful.

*Can everyone who has been scammed by this company please report to Trading Standards - it’s an easy online form. We need to stop this from happening to more people!*

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Placed an order on 5 Dec 2022 never received it. They blamed the postal strike. Gave an invalid tracking number. I have chased this weekly ever since and receive emails back saying they are ‘raising a ticket’. Just send a watch strap.

SCAM !!!! Do not use! Bought a strap 2 months ago.
No email confirmation when bought.
No delivery of product - although says 3 days delivery!
No reply to countless emails!
No response on live chat!

Ok so two months in now and endless emails with no one getting back to me, they sent half my order and now nothing.Terrible service and they still have the cheek to send me sales emails offering discount! I mean come on just sort my original order out! What a joke!

Awful, took my payment but no email confirmation was sent, have tried several times to email and get in touch but with no response. DON NOT BUY FROM THESE !

I had previously given a bad review against my watch strap company. I then received a request from them asking for my contact details so they could look into my complaint. I did forward my details and months later I still have had no contact from this awful company. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!! They have not refunded my £55 for returned goods that arrived too late. I have proof of delivery of my returns being delivered back to my watch strap premises😡

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Taken my money two weeks ago with no sign of the wallet being dispatched and not responding to queries. Wish I had of researched company more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’ve now joined the ranks of those pointing out that mywatchstrap appears to be a scam. From reading other reviews, they don’t send watch straps out to many of us it seems. I’ll be charging back through my bank because I think maybe it’ll help consumers if the sellers bank account gets a lot of chargebacks. Keep your money and spend it elsewhere! I bought my strap more than 2 weeks ago and it should have arrived in 2-3 days. I’m not expecting to see it now.

Update: it did arrive 2 or 3 months later, maybe a month after I threatened chargeback through my bank and is a good strap. I suspect I was one of the lucky few who got one. Either way, I’d rather have shopped elsewhere. I still think it’s a scam.

Would give zero stars if was an option. Order not received. No contact despite emailing them, messaging and texting - no response.

Strap broke after 3 weeks. Contacting support elicits automatic acknowledgements but no follow up response.

I purchased 3 watch staps at the same time
to complement my shiny new Apple Watch
one nice leather one (blue)
one stainless steel one
one rubber sports one (black and green)

Leather one fell apart as I was fitting it to the watch

stainless steel one lasted 3 days before if fell apart

sports strap fell apart on a night out, luckily for me my new £900 watch was found

Don't go cheep on the straps you will live to regret it
Do yourself a favour and keep your hard earned cash in the bank

This company is fake. I ordered a stainless steel strap for an Apple watch after Christmas. After 2 months it never arrived and when contacting the company I never heard back. Subsequently I contacted my bank who refunded the funds to me and pursued the company direct.

I never received my order! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have bought two straps from Watch Strap Co now and love them both so much! The customer service throughout was incredible, I even got a hand written note when I exchanged my strap for different colour, such a lovely touch, Torie, thank you! I will definitely be buying more from WsC in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. I have also fallen victim to this scam company. I ordered a watch strap and it is faulty as it won’t attach to my watch due to a manufacturing defect.

I contacted them 2 and half weeks ago and have had no reply. What a waste of money, something I could really do without at the moment.

How are these people still trading? I would urge anyone else who has been scammed to contact trading standards as I will be. Save your money and buy from a legit company. So many red flags about this company, can’t believe I was fooled.

Jumping on to say same as everyone else. I paid extra for next day delivery that was two weeks ago and my emails have been ignored and nothing has been sent - money has been taken OF COURSE.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Just an absolute scam. They took my money and 3 weeks later still haven’t heard a thing. I emailed them over and over again but just received an automated response. They just take your money and then completely ignore you when you try and contact them. Such a fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs
