Please please please save your money. Watch strap broke whilst attaching it to watch face (gently!)

Awful quality, very flimsy, they refuse to refund as it was taken out of the plastic ‘wrapping’ but you wouldn’t be able to tell it was defective without taking it out.

Appalling customer service. They need to be shut down. Con artists!

Don’t believe the reviews on reviews.io (they’re fake)

Don’t give this company your money.

I wish I could give less than one star.
Ordered a watch strap on 11.1.23. Annoyingly the order was duplicated as the screen refreshed during the payment process (perhaps this should have started the alarm bells ringing) and so tried to contact the company to cancel the second order. Tried emailing, texting etc but always got fobbed off with a standard response. Automated. Eventually in mid February I contacted Amex who started a recharge process and credited me with a refund. However, the company then sent me the product… both of them! They arrived on 1.3.23 and so only 7 weeks for delivery. Pretty poor. And probably because they didn’t want the hassle of not getting paid via Amex. Annoyingly the watch strap is fine although it was actually a present and so only a month late! Now I have to decide whether to keep the second strap or return it and begin the adventure of trying to do that. This company is hopeless. AVOID!

Scam company DO NOT TOUCH!!

Scam company. Like others ordered a strap and it’s never arrived. Have sent 3 emails as you can’t call them and automatic email response saying someone will be in touch but nothing. Order date 2nd March with 2-3 day delivery and still nothing. Do not touch this site they are thieves just out to grab your money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY

Ordered 2nd Feb quoting 2-5 working days, item not received so sent email on 16th Feb asking for delivery update. No reply. Sent further email 18th Feb, no reply. They're happy to continue sending marketing emails in the mean time!

Now with my bank to process refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not touch with a barge pole. The quality is dreadful the wallets arrived months later. I ordered two got one two weeks ago amd one today. Quality was diabolical. A cheap scam company who don’t respond to your email. Just say ticket issued on email so playing for time. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The company is a fraud

The company is a fraud. Took the money and never came back to me despite of many emails, instagram contacts etc… I have no strap and no money. Chasing it up now… DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS with them as it’s a FRAUD

SCAM SCAM !!

As many of the other reviews my is identical, yes I ordered a strap in good faith, nothing arrived, emailed /online chat support all of the usual contact avenues I have pursued over the last 6 weeks but to no avail. I have now contacted my credit card and they have started the process for getting me refunded. Funnily enough the day after I received confirmation that the credit card company have refunded me I get an email from my watchstrap co to say the strap is being despatched. I will update when or if the strap indeed turns up or whether this is just another smoke screen !! or they probably do send out the orders when they receive charge back notices from the bank so as it doesn't impact on their business status. If this is the case I would urge everyone to seek a refund through your payment method even if its a relatively small amount and you may think its not worth the hassle........but it is !! (and its simple form and email confirmation of the order) as this will have an effect on their fraudulent business activities.

This company is a scam! Would take your money and will take three months to dispatch a cheap and poor quality watch strap from China. Won’t even respond to emails. Avoid at all costs!!!! Will raise a dispute with my bank under consumer credit protection rights.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I ordered a watch strap as a gift in the middle of December 2022. It's now March 2023 and I haven't received a thing. Attempts to contact them are futile - I had one response a month after I emailed them and they said my email was blank. It wasn't. I emailed again, and here we are, 4 weeks later with no response. I've given up but seeing that other people have also experienced these issues I'm now going to pursue this through the relevant governing body

Don’t order from this company if you want to see the goods!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can’t believe it is a genuine company. I ordered a watch strap on January 20th - received this reply on February 2nd:

I replied asking for a refund if the watchstrap wasn’t on the way and still haven’t received another reply or the watchstrap. I’ve obviously been Ed scammed and hope most others are wise enough not to order from this company!

I must admit I was fooled a little by…

I must admit I was fooled a little by the website and how stylish it looked and ordered a metal strap for my Apple Watch. After nothing arrived for a couple of weeks I checked out the reviews and my heart sank. I logged into their chat service, left a message and to my knowledge no one read it. However, about a week later the strap was delivered and I'm afraid to say that it looks very good and so far I have had no issues with it. Basically the order took around 5 weeks to arrive and apart from the wait, the actual item is very good value.

This company did not send the…

This company did not send the watch strap I bought. When I emailed them about my watch strap they said the email I sent was blank and could I resend the email which I did. No watch strap arrived and they ignored my other emails. Do not buy from this company!!! I eventually got a refund through my bank.

Probably should have read the reviews…

UPDATE : Via Trustpilot they asked for some details so they could investigate, still nothing from them and still no reply to my 2 emails with the last one asking to cancel the order, shocking company!

Probably should have read these reviews before ordering!
Still no product after over a week since order placed. No response to emails sent.
Luckily I paid via Klarna on the 30 day option so I can raise a problem with Klarna from Monday.

Very poor company and would not order from them again

0 stars would be more appropriate. No item received and no response to multiple emails sent to request a refund, so I’m without the item and my money. Do not order from this company. Order ref is #22338 if there is a customer service team who will be able to rectify this. Terrible experience, avoid, avoid, avoid.
