I ordered a Bomber Jacket for my son 01/23/2021 No tracking number I reached out to them numerous times via email and left voicemails. Oh so apologies but no tracking or status on my order. I'm so angry I got this for my son he's going through alot right now. To build up his spirit. I understand Covid-19 has effected business people etc. But you have to keep your Integrity and treat people with the same respect honest as you would want and expect. Not handle people there money with disregard its stealing. All I want is what I ordered and I'll NEVER buy a toothpick from there company I report them to BBB.

In July of 2020 I ordered 2 T Shirts. after 2-3 MONTHS of not hearing anything, I emailed and was given a 50% refund. Okay fantastic, that's awesome. However, I was still expecting the product. Still not given any tracking info. So then 2-3 months after that.. I ordered in July, it was now december. I emailed again in December asking about my purchase and was given the other half of my payment as a refund. I was never offered my items. I think it would be great to actually get what I paid for, but hey. who am I.

I ordered a blanket from the website for my daughter that cost me close to $100.
Unfortunately, there was a blanket uploaded on the site with a random name on it (I didn’t check this close enough—that part was my fault). The blanket with the random name was sent out to me.

I simply wanted to EXCHANGE it for the correct blanket (same price). My claim was denied. Now I’m stuck with a blanket with a random person’s name on it.

I would not recommend using this company, as their site has flaws that can cause the customer order the wrong products, no way to physically contact them, other than filing an online claim.

I hate this, as I specifically wanted to order to support black businesses. Unfortunately, yet again, the “business” aspect is extremely subpar.

The picture of the items are on canvas and that’s what I thought I wad paying for. Now I have to frame it on a canvas myself.

I purchase the pillow case for my granddaughter. It is beautiful; great quality and the message is absolutely amazing. I cannot wait until my granddaughter opens the gift.

Experience was horrible. Ordered wrong size blanket. Kept getting a response to file a claim. All I wanted to do was PAY to return and PAY to order correct size. Claim was denied and no way to contact anyone!

I place a order for a blanket for my daughter I put all my information in and it was sent button I did not receive a confirmation number number or an email I have proof that it went through because the money came out of my credit card 💳 I bought on the 11/27/2020. This item was for my daughter Christmas present 🎁 can some one please get in touch with me please.

I'm still waiting on my order it's been almost 2months. Cant get in touch with no one to just refund me. Now I don't even want the order. Try supporting what I think/hope is black owned. Smmfh. I had to click a star in order to write this. But no stars for order not vfc recieved

I ordered a phone case and the wrong size was shipped to me I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement phone case the right size with no problem I will definitely be ordering again everything came in so quick no delay

Currently in talks with customer service to see if I can get a refund for items never received. Shipping went out 8/24 but as of 9/28 I have nothing. Called and emailed but no response. Finally reached someone on IG who said I could get a refund only to later be told I cannot because its policy. They are going to reprint instead but at this point and after all this trouble, I wish I had not given my support to this business. There are equal quality and better customer service black owned businesses. Be advised.

I ordered 2 sets of shirts 👚 plus the bonus shirt and 1 order and bonus shirt has arrived and I’m so satisfied with my merchandise. Everything happened exactly as I was told, I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to receive the second order 😊

I have ordered 3 shirts n a phone cover and my orders arrived in a week and the shirts are perfect size and the phone cover is outstanding and really represent me
