Great shirts, delivery was delayed because of COVID but other than that I love the products.

I loved my shirt. For future references could you include wash/care instructions for the graphic tees. That’s the only reason why I only gave you guys 4 because after I washed the shirt and dried it on low heat I noticed minor cracks in the artwork.

I ordered 3 shirts and a mug in MAY for Fathers Day. Today is July 6th, and I STILL have not received my shirts! I received the mug which looked NOTHING like the picture and the quality was horrible! I sent an email explaining the situation and a customer service representative responded and tried to convince me that my order was delivered even though their tracking system on the site says it wasn’t. I had to purchase shirts from somewhere else just so my father and husband would have a gift! Now, they’re saying I can’t have a refund. I’m beyond frustrated with them and STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Will Never Order From them again! As much as I wanted to support a black-owned company, I am extremely disappointed in this company. It has been a terrible experience so far. I ordered two shirts on May 22nd. It's June 29th and I STILL haven't gotten my order. They fail to communicate with you about the status UNLESS you reach out to them. They fail to communicate with you about processing time. the 5-20 day thing is a complete lie. Their shirts are WAY OVERPRICED as the fabric is rough and brittle. Not at all soft. I ordered two shirts thinking they would be shipped together. Not the case. One shirt FINALLY made its way to me like 40 days later. The other one was no where to be found. I reached out only for them to say "it's not yet shipped". Well I see that dummies, What happened to it?" I swear...I'm never doing this again. Sorry. Black people, we have to do better. Much better. Communicate...at the very least..communicate!!

BUYER BEWARE: buy at a risk of never receiving your order. I am so extremely disappointed that an order placed on June 1st as of today (6/29/20) is still in the processing / printing stage according to their records & a few email replies that I’ve been “fortunate” to receive thus far. The payment was processed on the same day 6/1/20 (quite fast). It pains me to have to discourage potential consumers from a black owned business but I cannot condone their blatant disregard for prompt and good customer service and timely delivery. I am so upset that I did not read these reviews before making a purchase of over $80 for Father’s Day! Covid19 is not the reason for delayed deliveries. I truly believe that they use that as a poor excuse to run operate this inept business! Just for reference: I have ordered items from all over (Indonesia, China & California, USA) within the last month for Dad’s day. I am in the East coast of USA & every single order has arrived, some exchanged (to Indonesia, no less) & all have arrived in a timely manner! So what gives with this joke of a business!??
It absolutely stinks. How can I forget that in response to 1 of my emails I received a 10% “customer satisfaction refund”!!
Wth??!! I guess I should be grateful for that!? All I want(ed) were the 3 items that I ordered!!! I guess that is too much to ask & expect a business to deliver!! Good grief!
Unless you consider waiting for a month for an order placed in USA a good idea, then look elsewhere! You’re welcome.

has been almost a month still haven't received anything and they do not answer claims or emails!!!

would have given it no stars but had no choice. i ordered a shirt for myself and my husband on 5/22 and 5/26. his shirt came ( the quality was so so i wasnt impressed) but my shirt as of today still has yet to come and is still in the "printing stages" and when i go to check the status or file a claim all they can tell me is that it is still in the processing stage...for a month?1?!?!!. they did offer me a refund of 10% of what i paid and told me that they could not refund my money nor cancel the order but i still have yet to receive my product but i did get the refund but at this point i dont even want it. i'm super disappointed and am not impressed with the merchandise i did receive. i can guarantee if i went on to their website today and checked the status they are still "printing" it. i understand that shipping may take longer due to COVID-19 but considering you sent out an order that i placed later than my 1st order so i find it hard to believe that your still "printing" it.

This website deserves zero stars.... Ordered 2 shirts in May & still have not received any new updates. My shirts have been in printing status for about 1 month now. And you can't contact them & when you email them you get no response

Never order again. Orders a mother's day gift. 2 weeks prior. I get maybe a week after mother's day, but the product arrived June 10th. ETA was 2-3 weeks roughly, not over a month.
I notified them, and was offered nothing, not even a reason on why it was so late. They said it arrived as scheduled...😳 Wow....very disappointed

Shipping takes WAY too long. I placed an order and they didn’t even begin processing it for 2 whole weeks, after contacting them they said it would still take at least another 10 days before they are ready to ship my order out. ONE T-SHIRT. I’m very familiar with the process of printing on shirts (& made to order products) and unless they are literally sewing this shirt from scratch, this extended wait time seems super unnecessary! I regret ever ordering from them, because now I can’t cancel or return my order, and it will not be here before Father’s Day. Money wasted, and really, really disappointed.
