Fraudulent Charges/ No Help.
I hate to give a negative review however I’ve tried reaching out to them on multiple occasions and constantly keep getting an automatic response. I purchased 2 shirts June 4, a day later (June 5) I received another email saying that I purchased a tote. I immediately tried calling the phone number listed on the website, their automated message sends me to the website to handle my issues. I tried canceling that order through their online cancellation process. A few hours later I received an email saying it was in process and unable to be cancelled. Mind you, this fraudulent order was placed less than an hour after reaching out to them online. I immediately reached out to their online chat and was told the same thing, even though I keep expressing that this is a fraudulent charge and that I didn’t place the order. I filed a claim specifically informing them that the order was a fraudulent transaction on my card and this is how they replied (see copy and paste below). I will never order from this site and this company. Beware as they keep your card info and doesn’t care about fraudulent charges. Their customer service sucks and this is one black brand I will not support again.
