Absolutely hands down the best payrol company I have used, and I have been through a few!!
The main issue was always around tax offset with expenses with previous companies , and they absolutely nailed this. I would say Nasa have saved me thousands just by doing this correctly.
I can't recommend them enough. Anyone reading this thinking of switching because they are sick of who they are with, for example Brookson one or Paysteam, then don't hesitate. NASA are heads and shoulders above the rest.

NASA Group are superb and I've never had any issues at all. I'm always paid on time, expense claims are straightforward and they always respond very quickly to any questions.
I changed to NASA after a previous umbrella group proved to be absolutely terrible, and so this makes me appreciate NASA even more!

I used Nasa Group for my payroll. I had bad experience with previous company for example keeping long time on the phone calls inspite of calling them so many times. Also solving the simple issue very late etc.
When I dealt with Nasa Group, it was amazing. The Nasa team took my enquiries very seriously and carefully no matter how simple the issue was. The team is very friendly and the special thing is that they always solved my issues quickly when contacted the team by email or on phone call and solved all my issues in friendly and professional way. I have been using NASA for just over 3 years. I have now ended contracting and moved into perm work.

NASA made my life so easy. I never had an issue with pay in all my time with them.
If I had an issue NASA responded well under an hour and sometimes in minutes.

A company that I had to deal with and regret ever signing up for. Consistently having issues with payments being made to me.

Processing March 25 payroll in April 25 resulted in 2 pay periods in April without being asked which resulted in tax problems and unhelpful at best. Purposely process payroll in wrong times and holds the SIPP payment for 3 months (in excess of £10K)

Complaints procedure doesn't do anything made for their own convenience.

I was with Nasa for some years. Never been dissatisfied with the service and was always paid promptly. Whenever I had a question I could speak to someone by phone.

I have been with NASA for nearly 4 years, and have had a great experience with them. NASA are quick to respond to any queries and helped with pension set up etc. Jamie managed most of my queries and was very helpful!

I had been contracting for a few years, but times and rules change and it becomes obvious that I need to work with an umbrella company. The recruitment agency had a list of companies they would work with do I phoned several and chose one. Really it wasn’t good, problems with paying into pensions etc. After a couple of years- blow this - time for a change. luckily I landed up with NASA. Good value for money, excellent service, no problems with pensions etc.
I’ve only left because it’s retirement time, wish I found them a few years earlier.

The space junk back from outer space mean you send people up there to live on the space station why not get them to grab the junk and start cleaning the space up and tell the others to do the same

Most efficient from onboarding to regular interaction
From the time I was looking for an umbrella several years ago I knew they were the best around. They were so efficient in replying on the point to every of my specific questions that, after having reviewed many others that had just sent be a bunch of generic marketing not covering any of my points that in my opinion they were the best. I have now used NASA for several years and I just keep on getting impressed by how good they are. No matter how specific my situation is from times to times, they adapt and cater for it at lightening speed. I just keep recommending them to all around me.

The Nasa team is great and very solid. They are passionate about what they do. I love the urgency with which they respond and deal with resolving queries. Keep it up!
