I have now used the Brecon National Tyre Centre on a number of occasions and I can not praise the entire team enough. The first time I made a mistake with my order and everyone was so kind about it and helped me sort it and they still managed to do the job that day. They are all extremely polite and super helpful. I will certainly continue to use them.

Courteous and efficient. Thorough tyre inspection, advised on getting best price. Ordered online and booked at Brecon NTS. Fitted on time and even cleaned up on oil spillage from a service carried out by an Hyundai dealer. So would recommend NTS and the Brecon Team. Thank you!

I have always used National Tyres …
I have always used National Tyres …. But NOT ANY MORE
I was informed by the branch that I needed a new tyre
I decided to maintain the same brand of tyre and chose the Continental Ultracontact 185/60 R15 84H however as they did not have one it would have to be ordered and that they would phone me when they received it to arrange a time for fitting. The price quoted was £141.99
In the meantime, I checked the National Tyres on-line price for exactly the same specification tyre which states £115.99 Fully fitted.
As I hadn’t heard from the branch I phoned to enquire if the tyre had arrived and query the price.
The manager, whilst polite, said that the tyre had arrived and was sorry that they hadn’t phoned me and that there was a slight difference in the internet price and the branch price. This was company policy.
I don’t think that £26/18% is a slight difference however he agreed to supply and fit at the internet price.
And finally having driven some miles the tyre pressure warning light appeared which meant a return journey to have the instrument re-set!!!
I certainly won’t be returning to National/Halfords

National Tyres Brecon....Awful service
Second time of using National Tyres in Brecon since they have been purchased by Halfords, first time they didn't have the correct tyres but fitted a different tyre at my expense this time no tyres at all. The refund has been processed and I will have to wait 3- 5 days for the money. Appalling service. DO NOT USE.
