Excellent service
Ormskirk branch - I needed a new battery quickly so booked online a new battery to be fitted. Called centre to confirm booking and they asked if I could come straight away as I said it was urgent. 2 guys at centre were professional and helpful and had my new battery installed and working in 15 mins and I was in my way again. Fantastic service guys thank you so much as I had an appointment within the hour of getting there . Would definitely recommend this centre and will certainly use them again, cheers

Resentful having to order online
i am most resentful having to use the on-line tool to order two (2) new Avon tyres for my car. This especially so as I visited my local branch prior to ordering the tyres to find they have the ones I want in stock, but could not sell them to me at the same price as that offer online.
I would much prefer to use my local branch and deal with real people rather than rely on the vagaries of the internet. As such this also makes me wonder why this is so and to whose benefit it is not to allow my local branch to sell tyres at the same price as those offered online. As far as I'm concerned it certainly isn't in my best interest and is for the benefit of the company only!

Not sure why, but the online cost was cheaper than your garage could offer. Not complaining, always happy to receive discount.
Also, why do you have two web sites?
National tyres & tyre shopper, surely it makes sense to have one or keep the prices the same. I was annoyed to find out that I could have saved an additional £7 by using the second website after I had ordered the tyres.
Garage was great & staff were friendly & professional.
